Caden Michael Peck / tinyhorse01 / Praetor - Owner of Chris Chan’s House and Etsy Store, Drug Dealer, Fantasy Enabler
Introduction
Caden Michael Peck, 21 (DOB Sept, 17, 2002), son of Betty and Lee Peck, is a Chris Chan enabler who has become increasingly involved with Chris post-incest. Originally Caden was the leader Praetor, a group of enablers that got close to Chris to profit off of his infamy by selling Chris approved products on their Etsy store. In 2020 Praetor commissioned an animation from Isabella Loretta Janke, beginning her communication with Chris. Following Chris’s arrest Caden/Praetor would remain in contact with Chris via letters and phone calls. On June 2023 Caden bought the Big Island house (10682 Lee Jackson Hwy, Big Island VA), and has been acting as Chris's landlord/store manager following his release from jail. Currently Caden lives in the Big Island house with Chris.Origins
Caden, along with all the original members of Praetor, Owen Sundstrom, Annabel Ikenberry, and Cabell O’Malley, all attended Goochland High School and came into contact with Chris on 21 September 2020 offering to sell medallions on Chris’s behalf.

The Esty Store
In December, Praetor created an Etsy shop, OfficialCWCmart (Archive), where they sell Sonichu medallions and other merchandise.

It seems that Chris is not being paid very much getting only $400 despite the group making over $5,900 in Etsy sales.
Currently OfficalCWCmart is still up and seems to be Caden and Chris's main source of income.
Stun gun Controversy
In Febuary 2021, Caden had a call with Watchmen members about the stun guns to be sold by Praetor. In the call Caden emphasizes that Chris is an adult who can make his own decisions and that Praetor is involved with Chris only to make money, not to troll Chris. Through out the entire call Caden speaks in a fake accent.
Jail Communications
Most of Chris’s enablers abandoned him after it became apparent he had fucked his elderly mother, but not Caden. Chris refers to Caden in multiple jail letters, claiming thathe was helping him convince Barb to move out of 14 Branchland Court and that he would start a fundraiser to move Bard into a nursing home, but in the end there was no fundraiser.
In August 2022 Chris's case was sealed and outward communication stopped but apparently Caden was still in contact with Chris.
In a March 2023 interview Caden confirmed that Chris was in contact with them, calling twice a week to deal with the store. Caden also claimed to be in contact with David Hielberg, Chris's lawyer saying "Both the lack of recent letters and having no visitors is intentional, as Heilberg advised us to close any way for ill-meaning folk to get close."
The Big Island House
In June 2023 Caden, along with a shell company, Essential Estate LLC, bought 10682 Lee Jackson Highway, Big Island, VA for $235,000. On August 9th 2023, one day after his case was dismissed, Chris was spotted in Big Island on Pokémon GO.

Psilocybin Mushroom Production/Sale
On 9 July 2023 a maintenance worker walked into Caden’s apartment in Maryville to find that he had been growing Psilocybin mushrooms. On July 13th he was charged with Manufacture Of A Controlled Substance, Deliver Controlled Suibstance, Possession Of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.
Using documents provided by the State’s case against him, we can find some pretty interesting info about Caden.
In his Affidavit he claims that he cannot obtain money for an attorney from friends or family and that he only has $18,500 in his bank account, despit spending $235,000 on a house a month prior.

On 28 August Caden received 5 years probation and 19-days shock incarceration for his crimes.
On 11 December, the Monday after Caden’s SSN was leaked, his attorney removed Caden's bond document from the online court system and filed his withdrawal.
Current Status
In February 2025 Caden was caught speeding in Virginia and the address listed in his case is listed as Big Island so it is likely that Caden is living with Chris in the Big Island house.
