I’m reaching out in the hopes that someone might recognize this individual or have any information about him. He stayed with my sister, and her boyfriend for a while, claiming to be a wealthy man from either Australia or the United Kingdom. He goes by the names Jonathan Bates, Winston, Lyle, or Winston, though he likely uses other aliases as well.
During his stay, he managed to obtain their personal information and used it to open various accounts, including phone, rental car, and credit card accounts. In total, he racked up nearly $50,000 in debt under their names before disappearing.
I’m deeply concerned that he may be out there targeting others with the same scheme. Additionally, I'm worried that he might return to harm my sister and her family. If you have any information about this man, please contact me as soon as possible.
