Threads like this remain open, casting the moratorium's actual provisions into doubt. What, if anything, actually constitutes U.S politics for the rule's purposes?

I think what constitutes US Politics for that purpose is sperging over Donald or Hillary, or right/left wing issues.

this is a forum for mocking things. although the occasional genuine debate is acceptable, insipid endless debates (like political ones) are just obnoxious, annoying, and above all, not entertaining. even worse, they out people's autism, which is forum tries very hard not to make halals out of people. this is just a general guideline to keep the forums clean and consistent and to prevent stupid users from making laughing stocks out of themselves. that's what the "no US politics debates" rule is for. less of a rule, more of a guideline to prevent what I just described.

US politics are the absolute lowest common denominator, it's really no wonder the staff doesn't feel like picking up after spergs who can't keep their stupid opinions to themselves.

It's embarrassing that policy even exists just let the spergs chimp out and make val and vit pick up after them.

lol just use the donald trump victory salt thread it's basically a more retarded pol

things were getting heated around the electiontimes but they're not anymore just let the speech be free and make our cuckolds clean up the mess

I would have no objection to lifting the moratorium after inauguration.
