Can we have an option to have confetti all the time?

Is there a way users could have something like a checkbox to turn confetti on outside of special events? I've definitely had a more festive time shitposting with it and I think the morale boost could be good for everyone. I've frequently just clicked around to fire a few off and I feel a little less dead inside. Please erverlord @Null ? You'd guarantee with one simple action that all of your subjects have a better 2022 than 2021.
