So humans originally all came from Africa and had black skin for SPF protection from the sun there. Then the smarter ones moved out and evolved into white people while the niggers in Africa stayed the same.

So if a community of whites moved to a hot African country and only bred with each other (never with the nig locals) and this continued for a long time, would the babies eventually turn back to nigger because of evolution and needing sun protection?

Are there any examples of this already from S.A. where the people and niggers are kept separate? Have any of the people there started to turn black even though there has been no nigger breeding? Or would it take millions of generations for this to happen?

No, because white people have the intelligence and willpower to impact the world around them, unlike niggers. They wouldn't sit there baking in the sun for several thousands of years while flies shit on their faces and they starve to death. They would build houses that stay relatively cool, and spend the really hot days indoors if possible.

It's unlikely because of the way that that evolution works. Gene mutations that cause changes to physiology occur at random. They only get passed along if they prove to be reproductively advantageous.

Take the giraffe for example. There may have been a few stumpy short-necked giraffes at some point, but they starved before they had a chance to make sweet sweet giraffe love to a nice lady giraffe. The tall Chad giraffes got plenty of food and lived long enough to reach sexual maturity and to pass their tall genes on to the next generation.

Back to humans and skin pigmentation, there may have been the occasional albino African, but he would have been getting sunburn all the time and unable to go out and hunt with the rest of the tribe. In an environment where lots of things can kill you, a disadvantage like that is likely to shorten the albino's life to the point that he may not live long enough to pass his albino genes along to the next generation.

So in your hypothetical situation, much will depend upon how much civilization/society the colony of wyppo have around them. If they have all the comforts of western civilization, then skin tone isn't going to have any effect on survival of the species. If they're living out in the bush in makeshift huts and hunting/gathering for food, then maybe the more sunburn-resistant among them might have a slight advantage as far as passing on their genes goes, but it would require the colony just allowing the palest among them to die early, and I don't see that happening short of very primitive conditions around them.
