I went shopping and in an altercation had the passenger side window punched through that put glass in my eye. It took two trips to the hospital to remove the glass. please could you tell me the method of finding this person with just his number plate (red Vauxhall astra M700 OEY) west Yorkshire UK. The police won't help. They say they're too busy. Burglaries are even going unsolved, yet they only seem to be driving around pestering people on the street walking their dogs.
