Can you search threads for pictures?

Basicly if theres a way to reverse img search but on the farms.
I thought about searching the username of the OP in the thread (for example if i want to post a pic from leddit but dont follow the appropriate thread closely) but other than that do i have to live with the clocks in the worst case?

Are there any plans for this?
Yes, I can search through what is likely the relevant thread, but some are hundreds or thousands of pages.
Even if the search was just for all images in a given thread (spoilers will probably not get grabbed this way), that would be wonderful.
