I've switched the limit from 10 likes to 10 positive ratings. The system isn't reliably calculating old likes, so users with previous access may not be allowed right now.

Update
The system will not update you until after you've received 1 positive rating since the change. Just earn one rating and your permission should be restored. If not, contact me.
