Can't post a poll to a group thread

I keep trying to make a thread in my Book Club group with a poll, but every time the post itself will go through while the poll refuses to show up. I also can't find a way to add a poll to a thread I already created.

I know I'm doing something wrong, but I have no idea what.

Probably an issue with the groups mod, sorry. Try using strawpoll.

I also can't find a way to add a poll to a thread I already created.

Might be a moderator action. I'll look into it later.
