Cathy Liegois, better know as CathyGraphics3 (or maybe 5 or 6, 4 was taken by a troll, depending on when you're reading this), is a "25 year old" Franco-Belgian "artist" who makes a living off of stealing clipart and tracing politicians. She's notable because she's incredibly interactive, responds horribly to having her obvious tracing called out, and seems to be a pathological liar. Her fanbase consists of Biden sycophant boomers and bots bought for her by her employers Meidas Touch PAC, who appear scummy in their own way (archive).
Brett, who holds legal authority for MeidasTouch as its treasurer, is being paid as a consultant to his own Super PAC’s consultant — an arrangement that Noti says flies in the face of transparency requirements mandated by federal law. “If the PAC is paying the company just as a pass-through for the money to get to its treasurer or to some fundraising company or whatever, what they need to be disclosing are the ultimate payments to those recipients. And there are rules on the books that require that. The FEC has been derelict in enforcing them because the FEC is derelict in enforcing everything. But there are laws on the books that say you can’t do that.”
But the payment structure, Noti points out, is similar to an arrangement the Trump campaign used, albeit on a much larger scale. Nearly $170 million in Trump campaign spending was allegedly funneled through firms headed by former campaign manager Brad Parscale, among others, according to an FEC complaint filed by the Campaign Legal Center. (At the time, MeidasTouch tweeted out its own blog post about the complaint. “The Trump campaign’s spending practices have the practical effect of masking payments — in violation of federal campaign-transparency rules — to various advertising contractors and senior Trump campaign staff and family members, including Lara Trump,” Meidas wrote in its post, quoting Business Insider.) The Trump case is pending before the FEC.

Cathy openly states she'll use clipart, clearly traces everything, and even illegally sells things with said clipart
But if someone uses the same quote or unoriginal idea as her she's quick to call you out

Family Life
Cathy grew up in Belgium and later moved to Montreal Canada. She claims to be the younger sister to her twin brother whom she is very close to. Not much is known about Cathy's youth or parents aside from what she's shared in tweets.

Recent Drama and Trolls
Cathy's obvious tracing combined with her inability to not respond when called out has started to attract some trolls. Cathy has decided to advertise her trolls in an attempt to get her personally army to report the accounts into oblivion but Twitter doesn't appear to give a single fuck as the accounts clearly label themselves as parody. Cathy doesn't understand parody though.
