Chic-Fil-A has more consistency. A well run Popeyes IS better then Chic-Fil-A, but not all Popeyes are well run. If I walk into Chic-Fil-A, I know its going to be great. If I walk into Popeyes, its either going to Great, Mediocre, terrible or straight to the emergency room.
