whatever it was, it didn't take long.

I have two guesses that are the most likely candidate

1. He was rude to a customer ( he has no people skills)

2. He was caught staring creepily at female co-workers/customers). And this was either the last straw in a string of displays of incompetence, OR he got complaints about it multiple times and his manager correctly guessed he was never gonna learn

Magic Man was not Podmonkey from what I remember, but another "field agent". If I remember right, Podmonkey was already "retired" by the time that came out. The Magic Man was someone who I only knew from his PVCC name, but he wasn't anyone well-known or anything like that.
