Featured on Feb 17, 2024 by Null: Path Network, the first company to drop Kiwi Farms at an ISP level (because their COO is Corey Barnhill / Zoom, a pedophile with a thread), is in immense trouble and faces bankruptcy.
Parties
Cologix Canada Inc: An allegedly "network neutral" Canadian company providing services for network providers like Verizon or AT&T. They have 43 "carrier- and cloud-neutral hyperscale edge" data centers (21 in USA, and 22 in Canada) providing access to "dedicated, direct access to 300+ cloud service providers". The data centers appear to run on Amazon's AWS. They have been focused on fulfilling on filling their ESG quotas since 2021. Their reviews are pretty positive getting a nice 3.7 average from Glassdoor, and only slightly less on Indeed.com (both out of five). There does not seem any major or small scandals that have trickled down to the public eye.Path Network Inc: An ISP run by a person pretending to be a Flash's rival from DC comics when making contracts. This person is known for changing his name. All his alliases are as follows: Corey Ray Barnhill, Corey Shiratori, and allegedly some unclear Chinese name). The company itself is too embarrassed to list him on their Linkdin, and instead list Dyrian Kraklan (looks like an egg) in his position.

Unsurprisingly, (the non-DC) August Heart is a pedophile and a fan of child pornography. He has a thread here. Well, what ever else could be wrong with Path? Defrauding investors with crypto-scams, defrauding investors by violating contracts, literal theft from investors. Path defrauded (allegedly) the Chief Operating Officer of Tempest Hosting for 18 thousand dollars, and are commonly rumored to be run by the fed informant.
If you try to contact the alleged Tempest victim via an online chatline, you will be immediately disconected. Tempest claims to be entirely operated by Path, and given that their only access to the internet is via Path, this does seem true. Specifically Path looks to be trying to prevent talk about their COO, the pedophile.

In March of 2022, Kiwi Farms Upstream sent notice to Kiwi Farms’ owner demanding removal of any statements regarding Path from the Forum user Ricomark. To compel Null they showed him a fragment of a Court Order. Within 24 hours, Null complied. Both Path and the Upstream repeatedly refused to provide the full court order and refused to engage with Null’s attorney. Null believes the order to be fraudulent. Following this, Path attempted to seize Kiwi Farms’ hardrives (via legal threats to the providers), but were unsuccessful. After this event, the Upstream started ignoring the complaints from Path. Null has not reversed the deletions (as can be observed here)
In September they were dropped by a Tier 1 ISP (NTT). In a different more recent event, Cologix Canada Inc claims that Path hasn't been paying their bills since at least May 1st, 2022. There are rumors that Telia (large data center and telecommunications company that services 100 countries) dropped Path, but Path representatives responded with a Spongebob meme and asserts that it dropped Telia instead over latency issues. Since those rumors there are numerous reports of all Path services not working, or working intermitedly. On 18th of February, 2024, a 16 gb of evidence has come out showing among other things that Path allegedly used the Investor money on cocaine. It also showed Tempest Hosting confirming that Path was financially unstable. The leaks also show that they have been in debt to PheonixNAP data center since 17th of April, 2022. Path leaks also showed big troubles in paying their employees, many of whom complained that the company owed them tens of thousands of dollars. See:

Unfortunately the video seems to be gone, alongside all the tweets after 2018 January.
Doxes of the Path employees from 2022:
More importantly, Path is known for being the first ISP to directly deplatform the Kiwi Farms (with Zayo being the second). One of the previous clients of Path gave his harrowing expose here:
Joshua Conner Moon rates this ISP as a "compan[y] which [is] openly hostile, malicious, to be avoided by any means necessary", and advises people to never ever use it.
The Facts
On the 25th of January, 2024, the Canadian company Cologix Canada Inc sued Path Network inc in Arizona, Maricopa county for "$58,964.27, plus interest at the rate of 10% per annum, or in the alternative at the highest statutory rate allowed by law per annum" alleging that despite demands from Cologix, Path did not pay a single cent of their owed fees since 1st of May, 2022. Cologix also alleges that at no point did Path dispute any of the payments requested, in full or in part, but they nevertheless refused to pay.
Summons have been issued to Path, but Path has yet to respond.
