Maybe Liam is getting ready to enter into the ghost hunters community where he will burn his bridges and eventually get railroaded out of just like every other community he's ever been in.

I hope not. Ghost hunters are fun and weird to hang out with, but if the Aussies are like the US hunters they will get tired of his talking himself up all the time and acting like he knows what he's doing because he watched an episode or two of Ghost Adventures.

Irony being that Liam, the consummate grifter, could probably make that career work if he wasn't such an arrogant ass and a BAD liar. If he were pleasant to be around, and a GOOD liar, things would be different.

Preston receives a monthly check from a locked estate to the tune of around $5k. If he wants more than $5k, he most likely has to contact the trustee of the estate and give justification for why he needs the extra money. It's more money than the average person brings in for doing nothing, but it's also a prison. Sure, he could try suing the estate (JG Wentworth) but then he's looking at losing up to 15% of his net worth to effective discount rate in the process. The fact that he's still on a monthly budget in his mid 40's tells me that it's a multi-tier estate, so he probably got a chunk when he was 18 and he'll receive the rest when in his late 50's early 60's. Everything until then is just waiting. I can't imaging that's good for the psyche.

I should add that relationships between beneficiaries and trustees are often very relaxed and if that's the case here, Preston can just call his trustee and ask for $10k for a "project" and use it as a retaining fee. His circumstances do not negate the claim that he has "fuck you money", they only reveal the possibility that he may not have as much control over his fuck you money as he claims. Then again, I have no idea what the nature of his relationship with his theoretical trustee is.
But I mean look at him. Does Preston look like someone currently benefiting from the full brunt of millions of dollars? Or does he look like an overgrown child bitterly biding his time while he subsists off other people's assets?
Either way, if you notice his furniture suddenly becoming much nicer it means he's acquired the main body of his estate and at that point comicsgate might genuinely have something to worry about.

Never knew about this as I don't follow him beyond this thread. Just looked into Poulter Senior and I actually found seven potential beneficiaries, one being his widow. One of the sons is deceased but he had a daughter so I doubt she's been left unattended. So assuming he didn't leave out any of his kids or his wife, we're potentially looking at a seven-way staggered trust? From a business making 225k?

I take it back. Comicsgate has nothing to worry about.

If anything this confirms several things I've suspected and hurts Preston if he chooses to be stupid with this.

I had previously marveled that any attorney would risk their law license for these frivolous, bad faith actions. Makes sense if Preston is a steady stream of big business.

Interestingly enough, the pleading sounds somewhat similar to Romine V. Stanton, which featured beloved cow Jim Sterling.

That just validates my position that you can morally support a cow that is sued by an even bigger cow. I say this for the benefit of those people that consider Ethan a cow.

Romine was arguably dumber than Preston though. Preston at least convinced an attorney to sign off on this madness. I dunno how, but he did. Romine threw his tantrum pro se.

does it help that most of the people who consider Ethan a cow seem like even bigger cows than he is? Also, strangely enough none of them have been on here lately. At least the ones who have made it a point to go at EVS every chance they get.

Back on subject, does anyone how much money is Preston looking at in his trustfund? Because this lolsuit is looking to burn a sizable chunk of mommy and daddie’s money.

Hell, I'll make it easy. Let's assume he 100℅ is a cow. USDA approved.

Cow status does not mean he needs or should lose a bullshit nuisance lawsuit to a pedo supporting cuck. This whole thing makes me think @PocketJacks has set a new standard for the biggest cow in CG. And that's pretty damn impressive considering @Tyne is still kicking around.

It probably won't. If he's getting revenue of four or five grand from the trust a month plus doing some kind of job plus having made any quality investments he should be fine.

The important part is him talking about cash to burn. Everything that indicates this lawsuit is brought for the purposes of harassment needs to be collected and put together. Someone mentioned a discord convo. Screen shots would be great.

On the other side, has Vikki, DA, or Frog said anything about this?
