They should have a whole ceremony where they physically desecrate the button after repossessing it, record the whole thing on video and then send the video* to the person who lost the button just to really rub it in.

I thought the point of crowd funding was to be able to afford things like an artist. What's the point of backing the campaign if the end product is something that can be made in a few days and like $20?
 
Well it's been about a year since Mr. Meyer was at 105k subs so far he's pissed away 8k subs, and the majority of decent started in May of this year. Look at that, right around the time the Mad Max Furiosa dropped and he started this righteous crusade.

Which, I get it, that movie probably deserved better, but how could its tanking affect YaNiggaZack so much? We're not talking Citizen Kane here..... and he seemed like such a high functioning Aspie.

Zack doesn't have to know what he's talking about, he just wants to broadcast his uninformed opinion.
Concord was doomed to fail from the beginning, as pretty much anyone paying attention could see. Sony released a live service hero shooter into an already saturated market at a time when people's patience for live service AIDS is at an all time low. They charged $40 for an Overwatch clone in a space where the competition's games are free to play.

That's to say nothing of the fact that Concord's character design is god awful and rightly earned every bit of the derision it got. It's not even that the characters look like a DEI casting call (they do), they're just not aesthetically appealing at all. I think Zack latched on to this aspect of the criticism Concord got because 1) it's the one he most understands and 2) he perceives that the Zeroes seem to focus on it and their opinions are always wrong.

If Marvel had published Concord as a comic and it retained the premise, the character design, and the cringe dialog, Zack would make a 45 minute roast video ending with him wiping his ass with it. But media literacy.

Maybe, but I'm not sure Zack is that self-aware at this point. He did the "life is good" cope after barely squeaking by on a $15k campaign. This still squeaked but he made MORE money, so that means it was a success. His campaigns reaching their goals proves to Zack that he is doing the right thing. He doesn't care about subs, he cares about keeping the same 4-500 dents buying everything he writes forever.

There may be a financial aspect to his decision but I think it ties more into this being a biography. Zack is telling a personal story of when he used to ride a bike to a gas station to buy comics and how it inspired him to become a trained killer and absentee father. He can't just let some rando draw that.

It didn't really start with Furiosa though. He went on a multi-video rant about how angry he was that people were talking about what a catastrophe Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny was going to be. In that case, it was because they were breaking Harrison Ford's mighty heart by not wanting to see his last outing as Indiana Jones.

yeah, Zack seemed too focused that the movies bombed instead of it being shit. if the movie is good it will be noticed in time. I mean a lot of movie classics were box office bombs back in the day like bladerunner, event horizon, iron giant, willy wonka, the thing,lebowski, office space, the good judge dredd, fear and loathing, office space and more. the point is, if the movie is really good, it will grow and be loved in time, Zack throwing a tantrum just shows that how shallow his understanding of pop culture
 
Outside of the comics sphere, Zach just can't seem handle any negativity twords other media. He throws out the law of averages out the window when it comes to movies. I'm not going to waste my money on seeing a shit movie that every says is shit. Given the benefit of the doubt, I'd say he's just tired of people hating on Hollywood, sick of the pessimism. Which is retarded faggotry imo since he's fine with attacking the comics industry.

He also got a quiet mention on today's Real BBC, where Gary mentioned that he saw the movie "despite what some people say" and also stated AGAIN that he "liked Furiosa, but it flopped".

Now I see he's called out MauLer and I just hope those guys set their eyes on him just so he can really get his shit kicked in by a bigger entity, like how he did with Waid. And all the other MARVEL faggots who get to write the comics he touches himself to.

Zack is such a little bitch, it's baffling. These griftoids suck, and it's so easy to criticize them for being pathetic youtube monkeys without a spine, but if you’ve got the same gelatinous spine as them, you probably don't even notice it.
If Zack doesn't have anything of substance to say and all he's got is "these guys are lame," then he should stfu until he comes up with something slightly insightful to say.

Hopefully he isn't reading this because I don't really want him to change what he's doing. Watching him sperg out over bad movies is really funny. However, what he's missed is just because the culture war channels are cringe doesn't mean 90% of the movies, videogames and TV shows they are criticizing don't suck. Zack isn't saying, "Don't you find these channels boring and insulting to your intelligence?" He's saying, "Disney's Star Wars (etc) is good, actually. If you don't like it you are gay."

This actually makes perfect sense.

In his videos lately he's been talking about AI like its going to be like the Holodeck in a couple of years. You'll just be able to say "computer: edit footage of Alien Romulus to remove all of the diverse characters and replace them with white men. Also, replace the xenomorph with Jason from Friday the 13th" and it will do it seamlessly.

Anybody that's been using AI art generators like Midjourney these past few years knows that they don't improve exponentially or even linearly. The have huge roadblocks with context (because AI doesn't really understand what the forms represent). Asking AI to generate something as simple as "give me a picture of He-Man punching Skeletor" is bound to be disappointed with the result.
