True, but the Rolling Stone article describes a pact between Zack Snyder, Ezra Miller and Amber Heard, two of whom are already on the anti-SJW shitlist. It's not that easy to spin into a wedge issue if you really wanted to.

Also all this brought about this extremely rare Jessie Milestone dub. It may be because of the period cramps and bloating she describes elsewhere in the video but if you squint your eyes she even sort of resembles PPP.

Let's say what Jessi is saying is true. What could Jeremy even do with that number? "Hey I know you publicly distanced yourself from my brand and associated it with "hate", but can we collab on something?"
 
@Mister Dongs that RollingStones article is nuts. Assuming what it says is true - and I have no reason to think it isn't - Snyder is a fucking weasel. His movies show him not to be a very smart man, but he's crafty as shit, and his ego knows no bounds. I mean, he fucking stole footage from WB and says they're for "his personal use". He also said this:
"Geoff and Jon are dragging their feet on taking their names off my cut. Now, I will destroy them on social media.”

One working week later, Ray Fisher comes out with his allegations. I wouldn't be surprised if he wasn't Snyder's only tin soldier; Grace Randolph comes to mind. She's been e-warring for him and his dogshit DC films since BVS, and Snyder absolutely seems like the type of loser to make an "ally" of someone like her.

All of that craziness because Hack Snyder can't make a coherent film under 4 hours.

@FROG should've dove into this more. His streams are best when he talks about this kind of stuff.

I'm not naive enough to think Rolling Stone has no agenda of their own or is some bastion of unbiased apolitical journalism, but what has me thinking the allegations have some credibility behind them is that RS is not stating its own conclusions, but are relaying the leaked conclusions of an internal investigation by Warner Brothers. Who do have every reason to want to find the truth of what was behind the #ReleaseTheSnyderCut bullshit.

And even if those conclusions are wrong, they're what Warner Brothers thinks, not what Rolling Stone or the court of public opinion thinks, about the insane shit Zack Snyder got up to. Which means he's as fucked as Joss Whedon is as far as being a hollywood blockbuster director again goes.

Can't reply to Dongs original. I don't know whether Snyder did this. If so he may be legitimately retarded. The best thing that could come from the backlash against Frog would be ending Geoff Johns at DC. He's allot like JJ Abrams. All member berries and flash, but a lack of substance or respect.

I don't think Millar contributed to the decline of comics like Warren Ellis did. If I were to create the Nuremberg for pros and try them for crimes against the American comic book industry; Mark would be tier two or three looking at life in cage.

He propped up Joe Q and company, helped less talented hacks vandalize classic IP and politicized comics as an art form at a time when they desperately needed to attract any and all comers.

Agreed. Snyder's later comments are telling, such as him constantly bitching, after the cut, that he wanted to film a GL scene and they wouldn't let him.

The Snyder Cut was actually a good idea. They took a horrible blight on their library and made it...less ugly?

Just the fact that he appeared on Fox alone is going to cement the idea in leftie‘s heads that Rippa is a racist against blacks and his target audience is the Maga crowd.

I mean, the second a black man even asks if life off the plantation might be better they write him off as a card carrying Grand Wizard, so there was no coming back anyway... He might be set to do just fine considering his latest milestone, as long as he actually ends up delivering something people will want more of. The hype might just do him in, though, as even 7-8/10 can be received as absolute shit if people are expecting an 11. Either way, I'm looking forward to a new round of seething. We'll see if it's worth it in the end.

Based off of his videos it appears that he has everything in stock and is just waiting for the books to go to print. Supposedly, delivery is going to start in September.

With the Fox News guy acting as spastic and coked out as he was, the interview went better than I'd expect, especially with Gabe. He didn't sound cringe & unhinged.

I think Rippa could have performed better. Fox News is watched by Boomers, rather than beat around the bush and talk about the "Old Guard" and "Wokeness" he needs to articulate that into easily deciphered language. Call out Marvel & DC by name and explain how they're twisting and perverting beloved characters and are attempting to use comics as a Trojan horse to insert left wing politics that will one day filter itself into film, streaming & television where it will be exposed to a far greater number of people. And speculate whether or not they are doing it for ESG funds too. Play up the outrage. And I know the "hat" is supposed to be a part of the brand, but coming onto Fox News dressed like Thomas Sowell or Larry Elder would have probably made him look more serious and mature rather than a forty year old larping as a teenage kid.

All in all I'd say it went better than the Jeffries interview, but that's a pretty low bar to clear. No meme-able moments came from it at least..
