Speaking of Eliza Bleu, I can't believe nobody here posted this meme yet. So here it is (I got a kick out of it anyway):

They can let him open new campaigns, as they also want the money, but they should not pay him in full, until the campaign is fulfilled. All they should pay is that goal the creator sets.
And does anyone really think he will deliver this by September? Can't wait to see what problems will there be this time.
He has also been doing some of the most retarded business decissions possible. Calling FNT crew zeroes was one of the biggest. Even tho, he is probably right, he should not have done it, as those morons would make him a lot more money. Same goes with Az, who would promote his toys every week if Ethan wanted. Fucking Jeremy Griggs is getting 4K live viewers on his back up stream. G&G stupid Mario Kart streams have more viewers than any CG stuff. So, even if their content is garbage, so is CG's. Boring streams, late campaigns, stupid drama and old professionals making fools of themselfs.

I don’t he‘s gonna be raking in the money that he used to for them. A couple Years ago, somethong like this would have netted evs over 100k in the first day. Now he can’t even break 40k.

remember Jeremy from geeks n gamers and EVS being on the same playing field in live streaming?
When was the last time EVS had more than 1.3k live? I turn on a DDayCobra stream and he has 2.5k live watching sperging about tim pool (on a back up channel).
Nerdrotic and G+G made the right choice leaving EVS behind like a crazy ex girl friend, don't respond, don't awenser the phone, pretend they don't exist.

Not staying cordial with the FNT chucklefucks - particular Gary - was a major strategic mistake. Two ego-tripping roosters in the hen house is no bueno. But honestly who has time for reading and re-reading The 48 Laws of Power, the most popular book in prison libraries and one that Gary has more likely than not read, and abstaining from binge drinking and swallowing handfuls of THC-laced gummies while broadcasting yourself and your hot takes to the world, which is something that Gary does not do (prior meth-induced brain damage notwithstanding). Ethan generally excels at picking enemies dumber and less competent than himself, but perhaps not in this case - at least not in the ways that matter here.

Rippa Hates Diggers

I just got done listening to a now-privated livestream by popular and prosperous comic book entrepreneur Eric July and boy howdy is all this embracing of the feminine imperative among "conservative media personalities" turning into a big catty mess like everyone with a shred of good sense kinda knew it would. With the 2024 election cycle slowly spooling-up, all of the faggotry is apparently being targeted at the cultural commentator class, something Ethan likely would have had to insinuate himself more into if he ever wished to keep the pace with the FNT/G+G syndicate. Politics, as we've learned, is downstream from culture (or something) and that upstream culture is currently being shidded and farded on extra hard.

The latest big dumb fucking thing - and coming as near-instant karma to the whole Eliza Bleu clout-grab which many para-CG bobbleheads got dumbfucked into like some kind of nightmarish WWI chain of defense treaties dragging them all into obligatory gossip - is a lawsuit filed by former You Are Here host and good friend of The Quartering, Sydney Watson. Sydney is big mad at her former employer, The Blaze, because among other things, she had complained about Elijah Schaffer making endless references to gay sex and their response was to ask Sydney to "get Mr. Schaffer to stop talking about dicks so much." Now, Syd has fuck all to do with CG but that's kind of the point. She has fuck all to do with Eric July and most of the people name-dropped in the complaint other than nominally sharing a political alignment (supposedly). She's suing The Blaze for sex and religious discrimination (she's an atheist) but listed in the complaint is basically a bunch of bad things said about/around her with her former co-host Elijah Schaffer present and not white knighting enough. It's a long list of "conservative media personalities" approximately one rung higher up the grift ladder than those FNT dorks that went sailing past Ethan and easily two rungs above Ethan and the broader CG community. You've got Nick Rekieta listed for apparently platforming some mean comments, "notorious bigot" Nick Fuentes, "grossly misogynistic" Jack Murphy, and numerous others. She's suing partially because she got trolled by superchats. It's literally in the complaint.

Eric got all worked up over the very obvious potential that he could be called to testify as he was present filling-in for Sydney on one of the occasions. Eric works for the Blaze (even though he says he doesn't). He is on good terms with Ms. Watson but Eric tries to be on good terms with most everybody, unlike some people. The Quartering was on the receiving end of this minor chimpout, as @YoungRippa59 called him out personally, but the broader criticism of the bizarre obsession with Eliza again went towards a massive segment of CG-adjacent grifters that would presumably include the likes of Anna TSWG and much of the SimpCast. The mask came off big time with this woman and the entire complaint reads like a greatest hits of "Reasons Not to Have Anything to Do Professionally with Women. Ever."

The point I guess is that while it's unfortunate to have stupidly squandered promotional opportunities, there is a bad smell attaching itself to pretty much everyone that is one or two levels higher than CG and playing at politics and culture with a conservative or right-wing bent. That smell appears to be emanating from socio-political enterprising females and dudes simping for said females. Relative obscurity may be a blessing. I don't know what the details are like behind the scenes at FNT or G+G but holy shit do they work really hard to involve dubious females in a lot of edgy shit. I feel sorry for Eric because while I do think his entire existence is absurd, he is accomplishing a lot in his chosen endeavors and he really does seem to work hard to avoid dumb shit that could blow up in his face. He's friendly with all of these people including Sydney herself and it would be a shame if he had to go to court or whatever to testify.

I started capping a brief few minutes after he decided he was going to talk about the "gossip girl bullshit" and he's being indignant over the fact that so much energy was spent digging-in to Eliza for all of the sudden these people who are friends with Sydney to have nothing much to say over a bullshit lawsuit that, while not the same exact scenario, is pretty similar in a lot ways. He re-iterates these initial points again, so you won't miss anything. This may eventually go somewhere else as there are threads for Rekieta and Quarterpounder obviously but so far it's mostly just Eric being extra frustrated at dumb shit he's been potentially implicated in, and the utter stupidity of the Eliza Bleu shit generally, so I wasn't sure where to drop it exactly. His home has been here.

He begins by addressing the hypocrisy at the beginning of Part 1, then goes through the complaint for an hour. I cut it right as he circles-back to the hypocrisy again, this time with 3x damage multiplier, at which point he tears The Quartering and the "gossip girls" with their "easy target diggin" a new asshole at the start of Part 2.

Also, while CG SimpCast regulars are being utter thirst traps this Valentine's Day (you'll have to find that on your own), other SimpCast girls are taking the occasion of this special day to remind everyone that the grass isn't necessarily greener on their side (although the money certainly is). They have stalkers very devoted future husbands trying to kill love them with reckless abandon so they're taking the day off.

It's the same guy as before, apparently. At least this nutter doesn't play one of @FROG's intro songs while making murderous threats the way Martina Markota's did.

This isn't that song, but it should be...

Looks like someone got triggered enough by the SWC to initiate a channel strike. Remember when CG shit themselves over Liam striking channels? Say what you will about SWC, but striking channels over hurt fee fees is fucked up. Speaking of Liam, I hear he may have erased his channel.

Honestly, getting triggered by the Fruitloop Bros is pretty pathetic.

The proper procedure is to laugh at them, ignore them outright, or point out how creepy they are when the literally finish each other's sentences.

1676427699961.png

Striking them, or anybody else, is gay though.

I try to listen to the Roilubs a couple times because they say they have all this information, they spend every show talking like gay lovers having after sodomy bed talk. they are beyond preston poulter levels of filth.
I don't buy that story that they're having gay incest sex. I think that is some shit that TUG or YF cooked up.

They are, however, extremely autistic and have delusions of grandeur ("Should have listened to SWC"). If CG had any sense, they wouldn't egg this on. Striking them only gives them attention and makes CG and its supporters look incredibly thin-skinned.

If you think those bros are the creepiest you haven't browsed other sections of this site.
Nobody in CG is as creepy as the creepiest shit on this site. Hell, CG is downright benign compared to a lot of other threads in Community Watch alone. In the entire history of this thread, the only time it was worthy of being featured was when the Preston pegging shit happened.

It's sort of easy to miss but the EVS paypig went to the effort of arguing with a bank to put the transaction through. The bank said it was fraud. If that was as per the normal bank clerk system, this means the "health check" on their screen is listing something to do with EVS as fraud. Most likely the number of chargebacks he's caused.
It isn't indiegogo because banks are still processing other people's projects by the hour.
It may unironically be over.
There was more than one person saying the same thing by the way - declined due to fraud, unable to process, etc.
EVS is less reputable than a Ukrainian camwhore site.
Sorry to fact check your joke here but it could be Indiegogo (I still recommend Ukranian camwhores over Cyberfrog merch). Indiegogo and other crowdfund sites are gaining quite the reputation as a haven for fraud. I was searching Better Business Bureau + Indiegogo and I found a great article from last year. archive.is/913dP

Better Business Bureau: Beware of scammers taking advantage of crowdfunding

Better Business Bureau: Beware of scammers taking advantage of crowdfunding

Randy Hutchinson

Crowdfunding is generally used to fund a charitable cause or commercial endeavor by raising small amounts of money from a large number of people over the Internet or social media. Thousands of crowdfunding platforms are used to raise tens of billions of dollars annually.
Well-known platforms include GoFundMe, Indiegogo and Kickstarter.
Crowdfunding can be particularly useful in gathering donations in a hurry in response to a natural disaster or human tragedy. In the commercial arena, it’s been used to fund books, music, games, gadgets, and other types of products and services.
Here are a few things to know:
  • The campaign organizer establishes the goal of the campaign and receives the money. If it’s a charitable cause, the money doesn’t go directly to the person or people it’s intended to help.
  • Each crowdfunding platform has its own set of rules on how campaigns are established, how and when money will be disbursed to the organizer, and how much the platform collects in fees. They also vary in the degree to which they vet appeals.
  • Only donations to a crowdfunding appeal established by a registered charity are tax deductible.
Unfortunately, scammers have used crowdfunding appeals to steal money from donors and investors.
Perhaps the most notorious charitable scam involved a heartwarming story out of Philadelphia in which a homeless veteran gave his last $20 to a woman who ran out of gas. The woman and her boyfriend set up a GoFundMe campaign to help the man get off the streets, ultimately raising $400,000 from 14,000 people after the story gained international attention.
The whole story was fabricated and the couple spent most of the money on gambling, vacations, clothes and a luxury car.
A California woman was recently sentenced to five years in prison for conning donors out of $100,000 to help fund her fictional battle with Hodgkin’s lymphoma. She posted fake photos of her hospital stays and the drugs she was taking, and even shaved her head to make it look like she had lost her hair as a result of cancer treatments.
In September 2021, the SEC brought its first crowdfunding fraud case against three people who conducted fraudulent appeals marketed as an opportunity to invest in cannabis real estate. They raised almost $2 million, none of which was ever used to acquire or improve real estate. The SEC also charged the operator of the crowdfunding website with allowing the scam to continue despite being aware of “multiple signs of possible fraud or other harm to investors.”
The FTC and BBB offer these tips to avoid donating to a phony crowdfunding appeal:
Scammers often use stolen photos in charitable crowdfunding appeals, so do a reverse image search of photos to see if they’re associated with other names or if details don’t match with the appeal. You’re safest donating to campaigns organized by people you know.
Find out who the organizer of a commercial fundraising campaign is and check out the name online. Ask about the person’s experience and expertise in launching new products or services, understand what happens to your money if the project never gets off the ground, ask for a production schedule, and be clear on whether you’ll get anything out of the project such as a free or discounted sample of a product.

Summary/Highlights:
This is an interview with the CEO of The Better Business Bureau of the Mid-South. Indiegogo is mentioned by name as an example of a crowdfund site. They include donation type platforms as well as those that crowdfund products and investments. Some high profile scams have gained notoriety and infamy. The SEC has begun looking into and prosecuting scam crowdfunds. Also the FTC and BBB have put out recommendations (this is the best part):

"Scammers often use stolen photos in charitable crowdfunding appeals, so do a reverse image search of photos to see if they’re associated with other names or if details don’t match with the appeal."

and

"Find out who the organizer of a commercial fundraising campaign is and check out the name online."

Seems that Federal Trade Commission and Better Business Bureau recommends you look up these Indiegogo crowdfund people on the internet, and find all the other names they might be using. Consoomers, your good friends here at KF are doing god's work. Best for Business!

It was unavoidable. Conflict with Jeremy Griggs that stemmed back to 2018 made a bridge with Gary impossible to maintain, even after Gary witnessed the Zack Snyder humiliation. Jeremy had the channel growth momentum and shared Gary's YouTube goals. I only shared his culture war ideals, and those don't pay as well.

At the end of the day, it's all about the YouTube revenue for that crowd. I tried to be a part of that scene and it made me feel a little queasy. Witless. Dishonest. Cookie cutter fake opinions. Zeroes.

Developing a big YouTube following isn't hard, it's just time consuming. I'm great at YouTube. I just can't carve out enough time for 3 daily clickbait videos lately. It takes research, several takes, editing time, thumbnail design...It's a full time job to do it right.

Right now it's Frog comics and end of the night livestreams for super chats and promotion. It's working fine moneywise, but yeah, I'm stuck where I am.

Nope, my Star Wars content was epic and I carried the High Council. The crowd followed ME.

And stop downplaying the incredible work that I've done with ALL CAPS COMICS in writing, drawing, funding, printing, and shipping DOZENS of comics and lots of products, including an action figure line.

You can't fool me. I'm pretty sure I'm spectacular.

This narcissism thing? It makes the morbid obesity, the dyed beard, the effeminate voice, the constant lies unintentionally hilarious.

Let's hope the bank fraud investigators think so too!

All the bragging about being a millionaire doesn't really help you sell the "I need you to fund this $25k project up front that I'm going to make another $100k in profit off of while you're still waiting for the things I sold you three years ago" pitch. I get the idea that one never spends their own own money when they can spend other people's money instead bit but maybe the rubes are starting to catch on?

I remember you and Jeremy being tight back then, what exactly was this "conflict" you speak of?

And for being a millionaire, it doesn't make sense why you haven't simply hired someone to chop up your streams into digestible seven to fifteen minute videos you can upload daily. People on Fiverr can be hired cheap to do that kind of thing.

And this new floppy you're releasing seems like it should have been pages for Rekt Planet, smells like a cash grab.

*EDIT* Came across a thought provoking article about the current state of western comics-

If only that OP wasn't shitty...
Honestly, there are so many people involved and so much history and rewritten history to research and go through that I can see how it is so shitty and why no one would want to do it right. Even if they did, the Fandom Menace as it once was is pretty much DED anyways and been replaced by the FNT/Grifts and Gayfers dual monarchy.

"And for being a millionaire..." lol

I don't want to do chopped up streaming videos. Either I'll return to my old style of videos or I won't do any shorts at all.

DARK HARVEST is bad ass. No, it doesn't belong in REKT PLANET...when you read REKT PLANET, you'll agree that it's perfect as is.

Jeremy was angry with me that he felt I'd "Big Timed" him back in 2018 by not agreeing to hang out with him in Florida when I was there for a comic shop signing tour. (I ended up meeting him at Toys R Us for a quick Tico buying stream) And then Anna, who was "on his team," started hanging out with CG instead of him. A bunch of other stuff that built into some ego-seething, I think. We worked together on High Council but 90% of what came out of his mouth was belligerent clout chasing. I liked him but he was embarrassing.
