Zack continues his spiral into madness with 15 plus minutes of Drinker seethe.

This time Zack's thesis is that Drinker is dumb. He's dumb, he's easily confused, and then when he gets confused, he gets angry. Sounds like 100% projection to me.

The whole video is Zack raging about Drinker's Venom 3 review. Him nitpicking Drinker's opinions. Him repeating his favorite talking points about how Drinker is a fraud, Drinker doesn't watch things, Drinker gets his opinions from the consensus of other people, etc.

At one point, Zack goes on a tear about Drinker saying Venom 3 is tonally inconsistent. When one reviewer says that a movie is tonally inconsistent, that's how it seems to them. Another reviewer might disagree. That's normal. Zack can't accept that different reviewers might have different interpretations, but that's ok. No, Drinker is dumb and confused, because he thinks Venom 3 is tonally inconsistent, while Zack thinks otherwise. "wAs rAiDeRs oF tHe lOsT aRk aNd sTaR wArS tOnAlLy iNcOnSisTeNt!?!?!?," Zack screeches during his video.

If you listen to Drinker these days, he's pretty good natured and even-keeled. I've only seen him get heated a couple of times in movie discussions. Zack, on the other hand, often seems dumb, ignorant, confused, and angry. People who have little to no self-awareness are more likely to project their own failings onto others, and it shows in this video.
 
It's crazy that Zack wants to be seen DESPERATELY as a tortured artiste who just isn't making it big, but it's okay because he's more concerned about his middling handful of people who don't know any better but to buy anything he farts out.

But also wants to be the savior of high end media art, such as Venom 3, Alien Romulus and Borderlands, among others.

It's paralleled by Ethan with his righteous crusade of saving the delicate flower that is the comics industry from evil moon cricket Eric. KC went over the Riley diss track, and it really does open up the veil of just how fucking sick in the head these people are and how absolutely ass mad they get when a black man succeeds in "their territory"

@FROG has a spiral stream where he does the most pathetic self-dehumanizing shite live in front of people with a sick wife and autistic child at home and I'm supposed to think Eric July is "interesting".

It's the same with Zack. And retards in this thread are like "all these ass lickers of Drinker" while Drinker doesn't do shit, FNT doesn't do shit. Yeah they make you laugh at their takes, yeah you see their business model. But they don't spiral like these two - who should be shutting the fuck up, drawing/writing their insignificant comics and doing whatever black magic voodoo Eric does to get them out to their fans.

I think everything Richard (Zack) is doing with Critical Drinker is just a desperate attempt to get attention for himself by going after a way more popular streamer.

@FROG on the other hand had to go after Eric July because everything @FROG is and does was tied up in him being the biggest conservagrifter in comics. But he picked the wrong time and the wrong reasons to go after July. His stupidity was to keep doubling down on going after July even after it was clear that it wasn't going to work. He hasn't worked in mainstream comics in years and any name recognition he had is mostly gone. Those videos of him getting drunk and high and hanging out with homeless-tier skank women at what I assume is a show says everything about @FROG in 2024.

Remember how he (Zack) was telling the story of his cough was due to him picking a fight in the marines with a guy with "retard strength" (though nowadays he would say "learning disabled strength" since he must have gotten dinged by youtube for saying retard). Basically, he picked a fight and got beaten up badly, and didn't seek treatment and now years later he's having respiratory problems.

Of course, this could also be a "would you like to know where I got these scars" story that he changes based on what he thinks sounds coolest at the moment.

The thing is that Zack's incredibly repetitive videos and community posts, where he attacks the BPCs by saying the same things over and over and over again, doesn't really benefit him much. He's not good at expressing himself the way EVS is. He's never going to be a successful YouTuber even if he tries to get more attention for himself by targeting big name guys like Drinker or Gary. (Another bit of Zack hypocrisy - criticizes the BPCs for just saying the same things over and over, while doing the same thing himself.)

Zack can have whatever opinions about people he wants, but it seems like a waste of time for him to keep talking about Drinker and the BPCs while projects remain unfulfilled. (Despite all of his talk about the progresss he's supposedly making.) His rage and frustration and jealousy must be so overwhelming that he doesn't see how he's killing his channel and brand with his own version of the Trashcast.

I watched Drinker's review. One of the first things he even said was that he had fun watching Venom 3. Meyer is really so assravaged at the guy that he will accept nothing less than full-throated praise even if Drinker said he enjoyed the damn movie because he had some criticisms about it.

I think it's worse with Meyer. He treats this whole thing so weirdly personal and has a clear vendetta while with the G+G crew, while it's sometimes goes a little over the top with whatever woke thing thing they're taking shots at for the week, you almost never get the idea that they actually hate the person (the actions, sure but not the person) in question and it's just internet banter.

Absolutely. I agree with Richard when the subject is the fact that every week, almost every stream it's the same idea over and over. I think it's ridiculous the cope that they need to remind me that "x is going to suck.... well here we are, it did suck" and I'd agree I'd like to see them talk more about things they like - but since I (who watch their stuff enough) know that they do praise things they like from time to time, don't get the impression that they hate everything.

Back when Zack was apparently fighting the REAL culture war fight, you could say the same about him "Does he like ANY comics?!?" and he would occasionally throw out some runs that were going that he enjoyed. But now he's course corrected to be a good boy, now he loves everything - or, rather, has to go counter to the people who he and his major pillar of business @FROG don't like.

Again, it's clear to see what the grift is - there's been people who have wronged Ethan worse than Eric but something about that guy just gets his blood boiling. Same with Richard, there are far worse people in the griftosphere both overly negative and overly positive (some who are more successful than even Drinker) that he refuses to go over. Something about this group of people who just so happen to be in a one-sided war against EVS are the targets on Mr. machine gunner.

When you watch a FNT or RealBBC, or EFAP, you're gonna cringe a lot - you're gonna roll your eyes, you're gonna most likely agree, but you're also going to see where the entertainment is, even if it's not for you. They're gonna exaggerate, guild the lily, try to shock you... With Zack, I don't get that feeling. I get seething, I feel real anger and I always have so in a way I'd say he's been consistent with that. It's just, back then I found it charming, because he seemed to be using his time to put out mediocre products on time, respect his audience and run counter to the retards in the mainstream comics. But now there's cracks... A fuck ton of them, hypocrisy at a max, no longer entertaining people, not putting out his books on time, but coping with some holy crusade against the evils of those who dare oppose Hollywood (a market Zack has made clear he really cares more about now).

He's literally becoming everything he used to stand against and the ironic part is, he would have called out himself back then. He doesn't know any better, he thinks he's right, he thinks he's righteous. He's actually just the other 'r' word.

I don't think I buy the story of him given the "jail or military" ultimatum from a judge. It's just way to much of a cliche and I doubt any judge would do that over a threats and battery case. In fact, when he was arrested the evil sheriff answered every question Zack had with "You sassin' me, boy?" and he was stripped naked and sprayed with a high-pressure water hose and then forced by a corrupt warden to participate in underground gladatorial combat with other prisoners. The crowd was full of Arab sheiks and Chinese triads despite the jail being in a county of 13000 people in rural Texas.

Fortunately an elderly negro prisoner named Roy befriended him and showed him the ropes he needed to survive. Zack used a plastic spork he smuggled from the cafeteria to dig a 240 foot tunnel from his cell to outside the kill zone and outer fence by packing the soil in his anus and farting the dust out when he did his daily 1 hour of burpees in the yard.

He then ran barefoot to the MEPS station and enlisted in the Marines after promising Roy to deliver the exculpatory evidence that would set him free, but forgot to do so in all the excitement when he saw that the McRib was coming back.

When the judge found out about the escape, he pounded his gavel and dismissed the charges saying "This may fly in the face of 2 centuries of jurisprudence, but the kid's got moxy."

I've been planning to do a response video to his TOP 10 DISNEY STAR WARS FAILURES video and I was going to say basically what was said in the comment below. That when you look at the live action and animated movies & streaming shows, Kathleen Kennedy has about a 50% success rate which is considered phenomenal in Hollywood.

This brings me back to when I originally realized there was something off about Ya Boi Zack, when he started caping for Kathleen Kennedy. This goes beyond thinking, say, The Rise of Skywalker was a good movie. This was full on, "Kathleen Kennedy is doing a good job and you should leave her alone." Which was just weird. Everyone pretty much knows what her agenda is, even South Park parodied it. But Richard? Richard, culture warrior in the comic book realm, is a super fan of hers.
