If Zack is merely rooming with someone, where is he storing all his junk?
I guess this also means he doesn't have proper space to do his comic stuff or fulfill his orders.
Honestly? He probably has a self-storage. While rent on self-storages is very expensive, it is a lot cheaper than rent on an apartment. That doesn't really help with the comic stuff, obviously. (Except that when he gets comics back from the printers, that's probably where he keeps them until he fulfills the order.)
Normally, I don't begrudge people boarding with roommates or family to save money. The housing market is absurd, and if you missed your chance to buy in when it made sense, you have bad options right now. Saving money this way is sensible. Especially when your business model is as unreliable as Richard's is. But this makes his lack of humility and egomania quite annoying. He at least had enough self-awareness to essentially close his financial advice channel.
If Zack weren't an idiot, he'd mention
Dragon's Dogma II,
Baldur's Gate III,
Metaphor: ReFantazio or
Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erd Tree here. But no, those fantasy games and other fantasy games I haven't mentioned, don't exist to him. So, he talks about the latest
Call of Duty: Black Ops game. Why would anyone looking for a swords and sorcery game be satisfied that there's a new Call of Duty game? Why would people complaining about a bad RPG be happy about a new military shooter?

Started a new hobby. Yolopark TRANSFORMERS kits. I need to order some circular batteries so his eyes light up. Pretty fun. I really don't know shit about this franchise, but they look cool

How? I mean, I wouldn't count myself as a Transformers fan (hey, when I was a child it was all
Micronauts, sadly they are all gone now), but I still know enough about them to tell you that this is Megatron, a major Decepticon leader. Is he really that ignorant about the toys he's collecting?
