Good question, Riley is a fat smelly retard who has gotten away with WAY too much. I wonder if he is aware of the seriousness of the situation?
It's not a civil trial, this is because Eric July pressed charges when Riley showed up at his warehouse and they served the warrant the next time he showed up at that event. Some people are delusional to think there will be some grand investigation and discovery, what do they think this is a fucking murder case? It's tresspassing or harrassment at best.

I wonder if they'll play the clip of Riley screaming that he was gonna make Eric earn his death. I'm sure the jury will love that. I don't expect anything to happen more than it either gets thrown out or some sort of low level win for Eric because I have no fucking idea what Riley hopes is going to come of this.
My prediction I'm expecting a low level win for Eric, like a fine and restraining order for Riley. Maybe Riley is expecting to make a spectacle in court and get a contempt charge too? I think the same. Riley will get some sort of fine and a "probation" which will only entail that he not contact July in any form or fashion. The only thing I could see that would be of any slight milk to come out of this would be if Riley refused to pay the fine and spends like 10-20 days in the city jail.
