He appears to be operating under the assumption that since Eric was at the function that Riley got arrested at he therefore is part of the legal proceedings.

If I catch a trespassing at a concert the band playing the venue doesn't have to show up for court.

Derptective Tom "Save Your Drunk Friend's Marriage" Tuttle seeks legal advice from a random asshole at his local court house. Predictably the person not being paid to take this seriously grows annoyed with the tidal wave of proper nouns and net speak; he tells Tuttle that whoever did the thing will be told not to do the thing again because no body will understand what the fuck happened between them.

What really happened:
Tubble went to the town court house and asked somebody that doesn't deal with cyber crimes about a bunch of cyber crimes related bullshit. In the process he turned himself inside out trying to steel-man Riley's plight against the based Black bidness man. To Tubble's surprise, the random he's speaking with his completely bewildered by the smattering of ballwashing he's just been splattered with; says "If the case is as a dumb as you say it is, the jury and the judge will be pissed off just hearing the case, not even having reached a point of deliberation. Both parties will be told to fuck off and die, legally."

These fucking people man......You can tell they know Riley is going to be in trouble. Looks like they're trying real hard to get the case dismissed, but it's not going to happen it looks like. Even if Riley doesn't take the plea deal, he STILL has to show up in court. And Eric July doesn't have to go anywhere because it's a state case not a civil case. JuJu really needs to STFU because all he's doing is hurting himself and hurting Riley's chances, not that he has any at this point.
 
Riley forgot the old saying don't mess with Texas. This is 2 incidents, 2 strikes, I think he gets fined or banned or something and the next time will be serious time or whatever.

I think it depends on how the court sees this and how they see him. He is a Piss Goblin so he is off to a rough start from a respectability standpoint and he made threats the police caught him trying to act upon. He has proven that being banned does nothing for him and that he is crazy. There are good arguments for potential jail time.

Yeah, the RED state of Texas had Riley arrested because Joe Biden is President, using a state law, and when Trump assumes office, they're totally gonna have a change of heart.

Did these people forget that Eric July worked for TheBlaze and still liked among conservatives ? If anything it would probably be worst for Riley then anything.
