12 books in a year is completely average. People who only pay attention to comics in terms of crowdfunding really have been conditioned to low expectations.

I suppose, it's just a lot more compared to 2024, and ideally I'd of been reading Yaira in winter and Bloodruth over Halloween. Delays happen, this is a lot of books.

If July wants to grow his business as a full-fledged publisher, 12 is actually below average, especially since his business has a fairly limited client base (people that still read physical stuff and are willing to pay a lot for them). Still, baby steps.

Plus, it shows that he's taking his gig seriously, unlike some man-children out there that only know how to open and re-open fundraising only to then spend all the money on who knows what, because they sure aren't concentrating on fulfilling orders.

Rippa did say he would compensate by having some releases being smaller in page count to reduce the cost of entry. He seems to seriously want to release all of them next year.
