Well, shoot. The Powerpuff Girls live action trailer is out and it looks stupid. Now Zack is going to have to make videos calling all the youtubers who note that this looks terrible a bunch of fags. There is no way it isn't going to happen. Never watched the show myself but even I can tell how bad this movie looks. I don't know where the official link is but I watched this video of Vee going over it.

Early PlayStation games jumped from a few hundred polygons per character on PS1 to tens of thousands on PS3, but now that models push millions of polygons, improvements focus on finer details like lighting, physics, and animation rather than massive leaps in poly count. And there IS noticeable improvement with the PS5 graphics. You're just a bum who sells despair to depressed middle-aged Republicans so this is all you're allowed to say.

I don't think Drinker was saying "there is no improvement," I think he was saying, "There is no improvement in The Last of Us." Which is quite a different thing.

There’s an ongoing conversation going on in gaming about lack of optimization in AAA, western dev obsession with seeing every eyelash over substance, and regressive design and features in new consoles.
Zack would know that if he gamed, instead of looking for his next big gotcha against his crush.

I really loved the SIlent HIll 2 Remake, I won't go into it because I'm a birthday party clown, but the optimization on PC was ass. Not just for me but my other friend as well, my PC is far from high end, but it runs everything pretty decently, higher requirements take a little dip, but SH2 was really hard in places to get through without lag spikes and stuttering and slowing down. Even on lower settings it still shit itself. Bought it on discount on PS5 and I've been replying it there because it's much easier.

Richard plays VR Batman and CoD, but once again, Drinker breathed so here's Richard to right the record to - checks - 94 likes. I hope those pats are worth it.
He has also posted 6 times since that graphics one. He's trying to beat his record of videos bitching about comics

The worst one I've tried on PC is Deadly Premonition, which as far as I can tell, just doesn't work. ( It's on PS5 via PS Plus streaming, but I only have a PS4 and I'm not currently subscribed to PS Plus anyway. I may get it for Switch later.) My PC can play a lot of modern games, but it's not super high end or anything. (Of course, this particular port is very old and is not the remaster, which is why it was so cheap when I bought it. So it isn't my PCs specs.) I think honestly they should take the Deadly Premonition port off of the Steam store until they fix it. I wonder is the remaster a Switch exclusive? Odd.

Richard also got Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. but it seems like he only mentioned it once and then didn't talk about it any more.
 
Although I have a limited consumption of video games as each generation goes by. There's no way Richard can lecture anyone about video games and it's obvious he never played video games enough to speak on the medium. If he did play a video game is a cheap pc war game or cod.

Not sure, but I have it on Switch and it’s got many issues there too. It’s playable, but the best I’ve ever played it was PS3.
Also have the director’s cut on PC, untouched, because like you said, issues.

They really should’ve addressed them, because it’s a fun game and David Lynch simulator.

And yeah, he didn’t mention it again (probably didn’t touch it again), because its use as a weapon ran out. He compulsively buys out of spite to “own” the bad guys, and that’s actually really sad. He’s constantly joyless and depressed. Couldn’t happen to a better scammer (except Piethan).
 
This video reminded me of this thread, and 15 pages later of Ya Boi Chimpout nothing changed.


It's about 3 minutes, at 42:25 Gary talks about the new DD season being originally based on Mark Waid's run and why Gary has a beef with Waid. He talks about not only comics sucking and ruining his customer base for his comic store but the beginning of Comicsgate and how Waid (and Gail Simone) was deliberately antagonistic to fans, but seems to specifically not mention Richard and the lawsuit. This is just hillarious in hindsight because he gave up the case and he's not even relevant to this moment in internet drama anymore. You get the same point across of creators being ungrateful faggots ruining comics and shitting on fans without tortious interference and self publishing.

I'm pretty sure part of its deliberate non-engagement. Gary used to give Zack props whenever he was brought up, even tangentially on stuff like The Real BBC, but I think just like when Just Some Guy lost the plot, I think Gary just tries to ignore them as much as possible, and mention them as little as possible.

I'd bet dollars to donuts that if they were still on good, or even neutral terms, he probably would have shouted Zack out while bringing up Waid.

Regarding Daredevil, I probably won't watch it, unless I hear it lives up to the original once its all over. However, one thing that absolutely worries me, is that people working on it have said it would have less "navel-gazing" which is of course, vague as fuck, but for me, some of those "navel-gazing" conversations, especially with Fr. Lantom, were what helped to elevate the show.

I hesitate to make a reaction video to this DAREDEVIL review because I legitimately feel sorry for this guy. I think he's the youngest of the Birthday Party Clowns and he's clearly unwell, living in filth with hygiene below that of a homeless man. A clear sign of severe.depression.
