I don't really see a difference between the AI Art that Richard is complaining about and the AI Art that he likes. It's all cringe. It's all bad. Batman complaining about people eating handfuls of Tylenol to own Trump isn't worse than Stephen King's Fonzi. Well, except I imagine the conservatives are trying to convince their enemies not to poison themselves (which is good-hearted if misguided) and Stephen King's Fonzi is an attempt by Richard to come up with a new comic book scam.

Here's the cover of the book. Given that it was back in '07 it was probably just chalked up to an edgy joke. I vaguely remember hearing about it as a controversy, but I don't think much ever came of it.

To my knowledge, Zack isn't currently married but has at least two baby mamas, one of whom is apparently Latina and one is some kind of Muslim mystery meat. I'm not entirely sure he was ever actually married to either of them. He has 2 or 3 children who do not live with him. I can't even say for certain what his living arrangements are, as he has spent several years couch surfing at other guy's houses.

Well, that's the difference. When Richard likes something, it is objectively good. When people Richard has any animus towards like something, it is objectively bad (even if it is the same thing Richard likes). Richard's current high horse is "conservatives hate/can't create art", so any AI slop created by someone Richard says is "conservative" is automatically cringe. When Richard creates AI slop that nobody but Richard finds value in, it's Very Good Art.

According to the laws of Zackworld, Emily Youncis' AI cartoon "The Will Stancil Show" may be funny, popular, and well received but is "bad" because Youncis is "conservative", regardless of the fact that Zack once had about as big a boner for Youncis as he could have for any white or white-adjacent woman (other than his cum slurping porno hag).

Conversely, Zack using AI to illustrate a book in which he recreates Marvel comics he used to jerk off to when he was 13 is Very Good Art.

Since Meyer seems to define himself by how against the grain he's going, my guess is that he'd (unrealistically... and he's gotta be aware of it) much, much rather AI to be a niche thing for extremely solipsistic jackasses like himself instead of becoming widespread among the "phony" dads he so much despises Holden Caulfield style.

Because if everyones accept AI, hows that make him speshul?

Zack's Muslim daughter was adopted.

He has three kids total from what I recall in some of his really old videos where he would mention them more, and even let his youngest daughter review Ms. Marvel. He brought up his son a bunch cause some journo went after him about child support iirc.

His oldest daughter was Hispanic and Jewish, the middle is a son, who came from a Christian background, and the third is adopted and from an Islamic background. I could be wrong, but I think the third ex-wife was from like Russia or Eastern Europe for some reason.

The only reason I remember it was because I thought it was funny that he basically had a kid from each of the Abrahamic faiths.

I think he decided to not pay (the big 2?) after Ed Piskor committed suicide, because the "murderers" were/are working at these places.

The pirate sites may be more convenient to use than some of the legit digital comics viewers. In particular, Comixology was ruined after Amazon bought it and redirected everyone to a crappy Kindle viewer.

Zack started unabashedly reading digital comics at the start of the 2020 pandemic. As stores began requiring to put on a face mask to enter the premises, he found the excuse he had probably been looking for for the past few months and considered the facemask demand intolerable, stopped showing up and using Putin's pirate site

If I have to wait 1 hour for a Big Mac, I might enjoy it but I will be furious as I could have had more in the allotted time. If you make people wait premium hours for a fast food burger, only the desperate would go to you. The rest of us, if I am going to wait for as much as high class food to come only to receive fast food level quality, I will go to the high class restaurants. Thing is, Zack charges premium too so it is not like he does anything better than mainstream now. More expensive, more late, more bad! That is the CG way!
