Richard has the memory of a gold fish and will have completely forgotten about this terrible movie in a year or less (something he'll have in common with most of the people who have seen it). Then he'll start defending whatever new terrible movie comes out. Also, his "Oooh you're reviewing Disney Princess Movies? Gay!" is another tactic to defend mainstream slop. He's trying to shame people who review movies for a living from reviewing certain movies so they don't criticize them. (Link to Siskel and Ebert Pocahantas review.) Since he can't tell them not to review action movies, he goes for a different angle to attack (for example, "he didn't actually see the movie. He's lying. If he had seen the movie he'd talk about this or that.").

I think that the entirety of CG was buck-broken by Eric July. He exposed them as grifters very definitively, even if he did not mean to. Eric showed that you can do everything CG claimed was very to do on time without drops in quality (Eric made no masterpieces but neither did CG) and that broke the narrative that CGers are just taking their time to ensure quality. After that, the customers started hounding CGers about their late book and caused them to turn on their audiences. There is an overlap between the rise of Eric July and the tension between CG and its audience.

What even was that? Jesus. Been at least six months since I've watched one of his videos, and they were a mess then, but I honestly don't remember them being quite that level of incoherent rambling. He seems to have declined even further.
I'm kind of wondering if there's not some sort of mental decline going on, early Alzheimers or CTE from his time in the military. That was bad to the point I'd have assumed AI if you couldn't tell the voice was in fact really his.
Or Ethan van Scammer is just petty, mean-spirited and lazy. I used to think he could redeem himself if he pulled the metaphorical cork out of his ass and got back to work, on the assumption he was in fact capable of doing such a thing. This seems more and more like naivete on my part.

He was like that even at the beginning of CG. What I am saying is that CG became anti-consumer after the customers noticed that Eric could deliver the same quality on time.

This is actually one of his most well put together and coherent videos he's released recently. His videos have gone from unhinged to smug.
A few months back, his comments section still had longtime fans calling him out. Zack used to rage, yell and go on completely unrelated rants about living in Texas far more often.
Now he has blocked anyone calling out. He went from raging lunatic to smug prick. The lone warrior who thinks he's beaten the storm by merely closing the window. This is common in declining youtubers. Creators nearing the end of their relevance don’t rage. They retreat into smugness.
He just loops the same talking points and insults each daily video: Critical drinker doesn't watch movies, BPCs don't wash their teeth, they are inbreed, they hate art, they hate women, they are gay, the most pathetic men ever hold everyone else to the highest standards, shoehorning Eric July into everything, I got push back before but not anymore, I speak the truth when it is difficult, etc.
He said it was common in the navy to choke each other to sleep.
He also uses chatgpt quite often in his videos, he talks to it like it's a real person and even used it in his latest comic. Using it to dunk on Eric July and the BPCs.

Someone disagreed with me here but I'll say it again, Zack dosen't know hardly anything about movies, video games or even comics. If he were just a guy with opinions on comics then he could maintain a small or decent Audience, but when he talks about "Art" it shows how retarded he really is.

Richard is an adolescent boy on every level. He's an emancipated 12 year old with a credit card (which he uses to buy Daredevil cosplay equipment). His opinion on art and even his definition of "art" is fucking worthless. The only thing more pathetic than Zack's opinions on art are people who take those opinions seriously, which I imagine describes all 180 or so mongoloids that bought his last piece of shit comic.
The Ann Nocenti Daredevil run is not bad, it's actually pretty decent. It gets a lot of undue glazing because it happened to be better than anyone thought it would be considering Nocenti took over the book immediately following Frank Miller's iconic "Born Again" run. Nearly impossible shoes to fill, but she did an admirable job. To her credit, people still talk about her run and nobody even remembers the Denny O'Neil years between Miller's two runs on the book.
But this is as close as Zack will ever get to liking a "weird" book. Nocenti Daredevil is Zack's Sandman.
I remember once he said his doctor told him that the coughing was most probably a symptom of acid reflux triggered by Zack's awful diet of fast food and frozen breakfast burritos. Zack said he felt this was plausible and even likely but he wasn't going to stop eating yummy garbage just to stop stomach acid from wearing away his esophagus.
