The worst part is that Richard isn't media literate. He doesn't even have baseline, commonplace media literacy. He's astoundingly ignorant. I'll give you an example: For a while there he was talking about the Sopranos, which he has only watched in the form of meme clips on TikTok. He said it was the best way to watch it, because it avoided the boring family stuff.

Now, is media literacy necessary? Absolutely not, if you can enjoy something without understanding the way it references other media that is perfectly fine. Heck, if you enjoy a clip of something and decide not to seek out the source that is fine too. But if you want to hold over other people's heads how superior you are because you are "media literate" and they are not, you should at the very least actually be media literate. You'd still be a dick, but at least you'd have the credibility to back it up.

Well I will say this about that: the Eric July drama has gotten so boring even his own audience is starting to not want to hear about him anymore. And honestly I don't blame them. That's usually what happens when you obsess over somebody over and over again after a long period of time, he's not the first YouTuber to have that happen to him and he won't be the last.

I can't stand the way Pornstar Zack talks. Nevermind the coughs (that's a whole other thing). I never liked him even when Nerdrotic and AZ etc... were on his side. He meanders and never has a point, even when he finishes a video acting like he did. Much like his comics, his videos are incomplete.

It's his own degenerate genre of coomic books where all sense of parody is lost in disfigured fetishism. It's funny but not for the intended reason. Preston thinks this shit is peak female form but most of their faces look like half inflated balloons with most of the air going into those football implants that even Tom Brady couldn't deflate.

But with all that said, it might still be easier to look at than a feminized version of Ethan's face every time Heather Swain is on the page.
