Never ordered one upfront, I was planning on buying after he made some. Looks like I made the right choice.

Unfortunately, narcs like @FROG think they are doing the world a service by saving a couple thousand people from buying Eric July comics. Which he isn't.

Never once thinking that they are satisfied by getting said comics, and having the power to say to themselves "enough" should they actually dislike Eric's work.
I mean, think about how many people he lost over his many unfulfilled campaigns. The world is a lot smarter than he thinks. Same with Davis, and same with Richard.
Everytime it gets reported here that Richard has lost another 1k in subscribers it really opens my eyes. Think about it.

Outside of a HUGE scandal, how often do you actually see a subscriber count go down so drastically? Most people who dislike that person just leave it subscribed and dont ever click on their video. Most of them (including me in the past) think, yeah I'll keep subscribed because while they aren't making content I like now, maybe they will go back to it. And sometimes they do. The people who went through the time to unsubscribe from Richard, or not buy their books is very clearly happening.

Same with Eric. And this isn't to shit on Eric, @MisterCH 86 I'm just stating the fact that not everyone buys every Eric book. Sometimes it doesn't appeal to them. But that's what I'm getting at, they didn't get to that conclusion because they watched a fat, disgusting Dutch fuck. Eric fans are Eric fans, Ethan fans are Ethan fans. The attempt to convert more people into anti-Eric positions is going to come at Eric fucking up, not Ethan. (usually)

Normally such an extended bleed in subscribers would be a cause for self-reflection but Meyer is probably celebrating that he purged more of the non-believers

And even that metric is too generous, because a significant chunk of those 87.9k are probably inactive accounts who will never unsubscribe. His subscriber/viewer ratio is fucking dreadful, with just two videos barely over 2k views in the last month. Almost two years ago, when he was going on and on about Piskor, he had roughly 10X the viewership.

I have no problem with people not liking something, I just have a problem with people that pretend if they can't like it then no one does or should.....The quality cop attitude is what I have a problem with. If people can agree to disagree, that's all that matters. I mean if people didn't know about the Peanuts or Garfield or even Calvin and Hobbes and they weren't out as long or were as popular as they are now, I can guarantee you people would say that brand is objective bad quality too.
