Berkeley police obtained an arrest warrant accusing Farago of 20 counts of invasion of privacy involving the use of a hidden camera, according to the report. Prosecutors had not filed charges as of Tuesday, June 23.

The allegations stem from a May 23 birthday party Farago co-hosted at his home, according to the documents. During the gathering, a woman found Farago’s cellphone hidden in the bathroom and recording video, police wrote.

Police said the phone also contained video showing Farago setting up the device, concealing it with a towel and positioning it to record guests while they used the bathroom.

When confronted, Farago made admissions and said he had deleted videos from his phone and cloud storage, police wrote in court papers cited by the Scanner.

Farago later sent an apology to guests, according to the documents.

“I hid my phone in our bathroom for the purpose of spying on our guests, my closest friends in the world. I had never done anything like that before and don’t know what possessed me to do it,” he wrote, according to the report.

“This was an inexcusable violation of your privacy and our friendship and I am prepared to face whatever consequences will come from this tremendous lapse in judgement,” Farago added.

Richard tried to explain today why he thought "The Last Jedi" was a great film before he thought it wasn't a good film. Richard explains that when he liked it, he was just in a different "head space" and lived in a different place. What he says doesn't make any particular sense, but he is trying to make an argument I guess that all reviews are entirely subjective. That its perfectly normal to like a movie as an experience one time and then not like the movie because you had a different experience another time. Great cope Richard. When there is nobody left to fool because your audience is all gone, you can always at least fool yourself.

Zoomer Zack also ironically illustrates how in-touch he is with today and the moment by talking about Siskel and Ebert film reviews.

I don't know why he cares about supergirl so much. Or really at all. Its not worth going to and its not worth anyone reviewing. Its just an adaptation of a Tom King story. Its meaningless. Superhero movies are culturally over for now anyway. Nobody cares about this stuff anymore. Someone who spends their time constantly complaining about Birthday Party Clowns and going to see Birthday Party Clown films is themself a Birthday Party Clown.

YBZ is still obsessing over Eric July and Rippaverse huh? That drama is so outdated and WAY too much has happened for him to even consider trying to make EITHER of them look bad at this point. Are you saying that EVS and YBZ are creative geniuses, and Eric July is just a reliable worker? Because that's not entirely what I'm seeing at this point. I mean Eric July is a reliable worker, and based on what I'm seeing especially now he definitely is creative, but YBZ AND EVS are not creative geniuses at all never mind hard workers. In fact at this point in time they spend most of their internet life finding things to complain about more than they do actually making anything creative or entertaining.
