I've been blissfully unaware of all this nonsense, because I truly didn't give a fuck, but a bunch of artists, writers and letterers all got rejected from NYCC. Is that connected to all this stupidity, or is that another brand of stupid?
It's hard to tell since it's the NYCC. They probably screened their social media presence by default.

Possibly. I haven’t heard about it yet, who are they? Name a few.

I legitimately want to buy Cyberfrog. Is what has been released any good? It sure looks better than pretty much anything else that’s out.
So far only concept art and this intro has been released:

ETHAN VAN SCIVER’S CYBERFROG RETURNS!

I’m Ethan Van Sciver, a comic book artist and one of the creators behind many of your favorite DC COMICS, such as GREEN LANTERN, FLASH, SUPERMAN, BATMAN, and WONDER WOMAN! I’ve spent the last 20 years working diligently at my craft, creating valuable characters and franchises for both Marvel and DC that have been spun off into other comics, films, cartoons and video games. And it’s been fun, but ultimately, I don’t own any of these characters.

I’m taking a step out into my own venture, and I’d like you to come along and support me! I have a character called CYBERFROG, created back in 1993, that I do own, and that I strongly feel is due for a comeback! I’ve had a story in mind for a decade, but now is the time.
First Stretch Goal:
$90,000 STRETCH GOAL- CHROMIUM COVER! All backers will receive their purchased copies of CYBERFROG:BLOODHONEY #1 with a beautiful shiny chromium enhanced cover!

So I'm confused as to what happened to the Jaw Breaker comic. Did the backers get a copy? Did it get released in some form?

You got me sold at battletoads. Did he base it on Battletoads or is it just a coincidence?
Battletoads predates CyberFrog.
BattleToads - 1991
CyberFrog - 1998

No digital copies. The books should start shipping by August if YaboiZack doesn’t fuck up.

I used to like D&C when it was more about just criticizing awful comics rather than the crusader type shit that has ballooned around the entire debate. The SJW comics as a mainstay are doomed to fail because people simply do not buy them outside of Image and other non Marvel/DC publishers.

Not all SJW-ish comics are necessarily bad. I think Saga is a pretty good read and it doesn't try to change any existing IP.

Jamal Igle, Ryan Ferrier, Matt Miner, Alex Paknadel, Nate Stockman, Eoin Marron, Taylor Esposito, Deron Bennett, Sarah Stern, Chris O’Halloran and Tom Orzechowski.

One of the comics he liked a few weeks ago was written by someone who was obviously pro-Antifa. They would probably shut him up if they just made better comics even if they were still super political.

Honestly, some of his detractors probably hate him just because he points out they're being lazy. Rather than just improving or focusing on their work, they'd rather conspire and whine online. It would also explain their half-assed doxing attempts and overall ineptitude.

Others in ComicsGate disagreed.

Collegehumor is spot on with this, lol.

That's just the nature of people who operate with a purely ideological framework. When you wake up every morning thinking that everything you do is for the greater good, you gradually begin to see people who disagree with your perspective as malicious in their criticism. They're quick to characterize D&C as a monster because it's less taxing on their egos that way. "Who cares if this guy is saying my story is poorly written? He's a [insert pejorative buzzword here]!"
