And Spawn recently had a stint as a guest fighter in Mortal Kombat 11, which likely could have raised the character's profile a fair bit to a fresh new audience, too.

Spawn is one of those characters that is an ubiquitous part of the 90's for a variety of reasons -I never read the comics and even I know who Spawn is-, and given he had a pretty decent cartoon on HBO years back and one of the first major non-Marvel/DC comic movies, I can't say I'm surprised he's managed to stay in the periphery of pop nerd culture for this long.

This is putting Cecil, a noted moron who has regularly questioned the loyalty of countless others himself as well as cheerleaded the ejection of differing groups on the basis political grounds "like" some fat gay untalented degenerate exceptional commissar rolling around in a red romper suit, into a reversal of roles because Anna has benefited him personally, that the rest of the community should reciprocate this because... reasons. Basically they have been purity testing her as a "thot" since she's doing the cover for vamperilla. Cecil who is another advocate for wc has been called a simp for defending her, i doubt Anna is a thot since she never had that tendencies and actually knows her shit in nerd culture. But yeah i jumped the gun about that one guy saying she should've taken the place of her sister.
 
This is way too much assmad over a variant cover. I don't know much about That Star Wars Girl, hell didn't even knew she drew, but it's not hard to just shrug at a very mediocre cover and move on. Besides I don't want to hear WC talk about standards when they back Wart the Wizard. But if they want to get another large platform to disavow CG, that's their choice.

CG is flush with e-thots. This particular sperg has been an orbiter for some time but now she's going after a piece of the pie when other autists who have "waited their turn" are running campaigns. This is why crossing from one corner of your internet movement into someone else's is a problem, no matter how much the leaders pretend like their movements are chummy and friendly with one another. The minions pledged allegiance to their leaders, not other capos or lieutenants of other groups.

The "Fandom menace" was something Ethan got into saying "I just wanna talk about star wars bro" but the second one of those star War autists tries to launch a comic book and come after that $25 payday they declare a fucking jihad.
The WC speds are basically telling this bitch to "stay in your lane". Of course there is malcontent among the capos when the slop line starts getting longer and they are dredging the bottom of the barrel.
Purity pledges have already been made and this disrupts the CG camp pipeline. Expect a lot of chimping out and poo flinging as long as this drags on.

It seems Ethan gets away with a lot of preferential treatment, but no one else is allowed to have that.

I wouldn't be surprised if the speds sperging out over this were hoping to climb up the ranks in CG and crowdfund their own shitty stories at some point. They simply looked at Anna, and then went "TITS CUT MY LINE!"
