Oz Arts is Liam Gray's friend, probably real life friend as well. On one of Liam's tangent, he might have slipped out that Troy is his real name, but since Liam went DFE on his channel, I can't go back and see if he meant it was a different friend.
Basically, Oz is now taking up the mantle of being the IBS channel that Liam's once was since the faggot can't handle the pressure. I like Oz, but he's also a shit stirrer who admits (jokingly or not) that CG is a cult. His shit stirring, if it's intentional to get under Liam's skin to put him into uncomfortable situations is the spark that led to plenty of Liam spergout fests that initially kept people coming back to his show, which Liam conflates for people coming back because they believe he's a talented writer (despite barely talking about his book and instead about CG drama). I'd attribute Oz as being one of the prime instigator of Liam's mental breakdown.
If there's one thing Sketch Therapy is right about that Liam and Oz stupidly laughed at, it's that Oz is the new simp sent to kiss Ethan's buttring in place of Liam since Liam's ego and weeb level God-complex clashed with Ethan's own faggot God-complex.

In Comicsgate his first book he was working on was Brutas the Badass with Nasser.

Donal & Nasser worked together on Brutas the Badass.
Nasser wrote the story for issue 1 to 4 and the backstory for Brutas.
They agreed on splitting the profit 50/50.
There's also the merchandise shop, where Nasser should have gotten a part of the earnings.
Instead of rearranging the split, Donal just never paid him.
Which resulted in Nasser leaking the DMs between him and Donal around 1.5 years later.
