Yeah, now it's around 20 spergs. Such heights.
This infantilistic child worldview is allover Liam's book btw. When being hurt once gives you a lifelong victim card that allows you and your kids and grand kids to hurt and escalate forever (BLM anyone?). And it's not a christian thing this is an adult thing. This is something manga for boys teaches too and Japan isn't christian. Being able to evaluate the damage was always the sign of maturity across the world while holding life long grudges is kiddo shit.
if it's really nothing why is it all that you talk about/rail against
I just think its scummy. Although they asked for it but gloating about it doesn't really attract new mainstream artist to join cg because cg was happy they end up unemployed in the first place. And most of the "essjaydubbas" can easily join igg or kickstarter to publish their books and just outperform a majority of the jabroni grifters to upper midcard cgers and publish their books on time. As someone who had been laid off or had family members/friends who got laid off I don't wish people to lose their income, unless they actually deserve it. And cg is the reason why most of the sjws got their careers making videos on them.
I can see where you are coming from in regards to people losing their job.
In my mind if you dealt it you can receive it and it's not the end of the world (learn to code) tho it's not exactly the high standard one ideally wants to see.
war is still on tho
I think the window in which cg wanted to attract new mainstream blood has closed a long time ago.
I say you don't want these people even if they are any good, you can't trust them not to thrust you in the back, they let it all happen besides they would bring their point of view into the mix same way liberal/lefty voters fleeing the results of their voting record continue their stupidity in any new region they move to
maybe if the movement became actually big that would be less of a problem since you want to sell to everybody, it's a business
chicken egg
at some point the purity has to vanish to grow I guess
a tight leash to keep that (virtual) part of the movement in check is needed
as far as I know there are only a few of the sjw's/mainstream artists able to make reasonable dough from crowdfunding and even that is nothing to write home about, sure the OG's make bank no matter what
maybe I'm wrong but it seems these people have a gimmick they rely on and it only works so many times besides their social media audience does not really buy comics
Kwanzer is not doing so hot I think for instance
there's a few of them catching lots of flak in the videos (don't they deal in flak in the first place) but they still don't really sell books (or edit anything of substance)
