Yes.
It is a special kind of person that is attracted to pop culture and a very rigid political worldview and this is the root of a lot of the -gate stuff. And it happens on both sides, so we get SJWs, FM and WC

The "evangelicals" have changed.

I was around when the evangelical Christians were censorship happy the exactly same way SJWs are today.

That stopped in the early 2000s. The Christian Coalition went insolvent, and nobody gave a shit. I think they learned that the pro-censorship attitude breeds a lot of resentment, and is ultimately counterproductive. Nobody here likes hearing the SJWs whine about "lack of representation," but hearing about how D&D and Nintendo are leading to the "moral decline of the West" was also dumb.

NOW it's mainly about "owning the libs," and Tim is a perfect foil for that. You can have as many sexy anime chicks as you want, provided it pisses off the right (by which they mean, left) people.

I'm not nearly as above it all.

For me, it's perfectly natural for people to grow attached and care about something. It's not even unnatural to continue a fandom once it descends into the gutters. I myself am amazed at Stephen King fans in the modern day.

The Fandom Rejects are grifters. They didn't actually give a damn about Star Wars/superheroes/videogames whatever is in vogue at the minute. They saw opportunity in the culture gates caused by corporations and SJWs alienating hobbyists.

Oh, I agree that most of TFM are opportunistic grifters (just look at Jeremey from G&G who loved TLJ for a week or two before he realized everyone else hated it)

My analysis is spot on for the people who continue to support these people to this day, though.

I was following #AlitaArmy for quite some time, because I really liked the first movie and wanted a sequel.
There were a couple of YT channels that I was watching back then selling the same copium/outrage but it did not catch on because there was no outrage, just a good movie that appealed to men over 30 that did a mediocre box office pull.
And the fact that most people were either Fandom Rejects or just ordinary people.

I was never much into Star Wars so I was not following much of FM, but I watched Jessi Milestone's live with Mary Mayhem and FNT.
God, these people are beyond retarded!
Mary Mayhem was in hysterics and for the first 10 minutes I was expecting her to say she was #MeToo-ed by that Tom guy. Instead, it was because she realized that she was an e-thot and Tom her pimp that was taking all her thirst superchats to offer her exposure...

Then I watched FNT. Alright, JSG is a smart and funny dude, but can deliver the same amount of jokes in a 4 hour livestream as in a 15 minute scripted video. Which is bad when the rest of the people there are so anti-charismatic. Nerdrotic, unscripted, is boring, the rest of the people are charisma black holes and AZ is so cringy that I almost shed my skin.
The fuck! The people in CG are 10 times more charismatic and smart and they are mostly total retards so those FM super successful channels are just proof that geekdom was a mistake.

Stephen King fans: Dude is still publishing two books a year and the people I know that read them claim they are good, At this point you can ignore King and go for any other horror author out there. Hell, you can read @NasserRabadi13 's books if you are desperate...

They fell into YouTube Producer' Hell: they have to feed the algorithm to stay relevant in it's eyes, you can even hear them complain about it every now and then. Gary even brought his PC (not even a laptop but his brick) along to a holiday with his family to produce videos. We know outrage sells but there's nothing major culturally relevant to laugh at now, laughing at a dumb CW show like Batwoman pales in comparison to GOT or SW dumpster fires, but they feel like they have to churn out videos and after videos to squeeze as much neetbux as possible. And with nothing to focus on shit is beginning to crumble. It's almost as if we saw this exact thing play out with IBS.

With that said I am curious how a content creator like Seth Everman make 3-4 million viewed videos with 7 whole videos made in the past year.

That’s exactly why I stopped watching those type of videos. i first started getting tired of it with the Quartering and Yellow Flash. It’s like they had to find something new to get mad about everyday. So much so, that the content they put out started working against the cause they were fighting for to begin with.

@TESTEFY-HD made a challenge last night, and I didn't get a chance to take him up on it.


Simply put, TFM, ME, and the like, are opportunistic grifters and idiots. They thought it would be a brilliant idea to try and coop Zack Snyder, for their own gain, even though anybody with an IQ higher than room temperature in Alaska could tell you that's a bad idea that ain't gonna fly. Their pearl clutching over Mecha calling Snyder "father of the year" is disingenuous, even though the comment itself was pretty disgusting. Many of these same pearl clutchers would have absolutely gone that low, if not lower, if it concerned the offspring of an SJW they don't like (fun fact: the SJWs got to Snyder a long time ago, and he's basically an SJW).

I don't think they have any "values" other than bitching about SJWs, and rehashing the same threadbare laments about SJW infiltration into once-great pop culture franchises (i.e. Star Wars).

And that's old hat. It's disappointing that idiots still pay for it.

They are not as bad as Mecha and the bitch brigade is acting right now, but I'm not gonna give them a complete pass either.

No mention of them going after Chris Chibnall, Alex Kurtzman, Bob Iger, Rian Johnson or any number of men involved in genre fandom.

I don't follow that hambeast Mecharandom, but here's one thing I remember about her:

Around a year ago when War Campaign was imploding and splitting from CG, all the regulars were getting into all sorts of shit with people on Twitter. One of them ended up in an argument with Mecharandom somehow. Mecha's IMMEDIATE reaction to being argued with was something akin to "SOUNDS LIKE YOU'RE JUST MAD THAT A WOMAN HAS AN OPINION AND YOU WANT TO PUT HER IN HER PLACE."

So yeah, she's no stranger to SJW tactics. As if the dyed hair wasn't a dead giveaway.
