People use BB guns as a way to discourage homeless people from congregating. Looks like there’s a small encampment there someone doesn’t want to keep growing. Dropping eggs used to be a popular choice in NYC but probably too easy to spot the person chucking them and requires a decent throwing arm in the more spread out CA cities.
