This is a game that has been on development for several years by now, made solely by RujiK the Comatose, an independent developer that also does great pixel art. It is unknown when it will be released, but it has been getting a lot of attention and following given its creative premise.
The game features procedural animations for the creatures that inhabit the world, a system that will allow you to breed/combine them by taking into account their characteristics (sort of like their genetics) between all biological groups (like invertebrates, fish, amphibians, reptiles, birds, mammals) and some other "magical" animals as well from what I've seen, battling with them, and more RPG elements.
Those are some of the things that made it gain attention apart from the devlogs I'll post afterwards, which are very fun to watch, specially if you like game-making. As mentioned, the beings are procedurally generated or in a similar way, so you can tell they are 3D, however they seem to blend well with the environment, which is mostly very solid, lively and great pixel art.
So here is a bit of more exposure for Kiwifarmers that may be interested in it.

The devlogs are very interesting, they are definitely recommended to watch and are also brief:
