Sorry if this has been brought up before, or if I've missed a customization option. I did a few searches and couldn't find anything.
Is there any way to customize what shows on the sidebar when it comes to forum posts and threads? If I remember right, before the forums migrated to the new format, it showed the newest threads in one box, and newest posts in another (right now it shows "New Content" and "New Sperging"). I guess it's kind of petty, but I really preferred seeing new posts on the sidebar without having to check the "What's New" tab.
