DSP has a following outside of Kiwi Farms, DSP has unhinged people who make temp burner accounts on Kiwi Farms, and DSP is a LOLCOW. The issues with A&H present near identical issues as the DarksydePhil board. There's a large number of users who are basically socially isolated from the rest of the community. They behave and have different expectations than the on-topic areas.

However, A&H has something that actually puts it above the DSP board:
1. The users there acknowledge that A&H is particularly lawless compared to the rest of the Internet, and what laws it does have makes it more usable than sites like /pol/, so the people there don't generally hate my fucking guts and scream at me any time I post there.
2. There's enough crossover with the rest of the site that there's actually a decent amount of culture exchange (for better or worse).

There's very few users here that I ever see anywhere else. It's always this new set of avatars with join dates from fucking 5+ years ago that I literally do not recall ever seeing. And of course there's a fucking meltdown if I ever even fucking talk about DSP that is not analogous with literally any other area of this forum.

Obviously not expecting a spoiler here but do you have something specific you want to get out of it on your end?

As to why this place is isolated, I've tried other threads (and have a couple of other places I check on from time to time), but the general culture is the site has consisently rubbed me the wrong way. While historically the main DSP thread is constantly being swept, most threads on the rest of the site are routinely off topic, making is very hard to find relevant information. To pick a recent example, the Rekieta thread is 5% useful/interesting tidbits and the rest is thirst posting, memes, "I unironically hope Nick will die", etc. When he got raided, I remember sifting through 50 or so pages of people arguing about whether or not high schoolers should do their own laundry before I just gave up and waited for the MATI recap. Similarly, checking out political threads means being greeted with people like HHH expertly baiting new users into page after page of the same dumb, circular arguments.

This is very much true.
What is acceptable and not acceptable differs from board to board.
Go to the fat girl board and saying something sympathetic to the cow might be treated differently than in a different board.
As more intrusions into Chantal's life happen this seems to be changing. Yet we still get people from Reddit that get irrationally angry and want some karmic justice.

Also sometimes people just need to acccept something I not their up of tea and move on.

Sometimes the same people may need to let go of trying to understand why some people might find a cow endearing.

I think Phil is funny and worth talking about because he's just so weird and alien, and his thread is a nice way to unwind from some of the more serious threads here.

This so much. A light hearted person who does not do much but you can tune into just to hear play game or install sound proofing and laugh your ass off.

It's not. Just people who perceive some injustice, get mad and go off. That is the purpose of a board though where diverse opinions should be cultivated. Sadly many of those have migrated away. That is a shame and makes me miss those discussions.

Edit: Also one thing that would piss him off. Talking about how all his money comes from OIC and GameTrekker under socks, trying to make it look like he has much more fans, but in reality it's only 2 whale. You seem to lack basic lore so let the record show that one of the ways DSP is begging for money lately is by falsely claiming the bank leaks that were posted out of nowhere here by somebody unknown to the detractor community, claimed to be a DSP fan, and disappeared just as fast, was actually used to steal thousands of dollars from his bank account. The amount changes by thousands of dollars with every retelling of the story. This lie is used to pull money and sympathy, similar to Boogie lying about having cancer.
It would be truly embarrassing for everybody here if you let that lie go unquestioned.

I think it's a huge stretch to compare Derich to Vito. Derich is an actually retarded gooner, but he's had that YouTube account since he was like 12-13 and the only source of that playlist is a screenshot. There's no archive of it, and if you go to his account now it's gone.

Phil is also not responsible for the actions of his fans outside of his streams, and while he defends Derich from people making fun of him in chat, Phil isn't responsible for Derich being a retarded gooner when it doesn't affect his streams. It's completely different to Vito, who will constantly joke about being a pedophile on Juju's show and is even encouraged to by Juju.
