IMO we are witnessing real-time the degradation that turns a man into a permanently homeless bum. The problem with the vocal left, and Dave is a great example of this, is that besides "I'm not Trump", "I'm a woman", "tax the middle class into oblivion" and "give poor black people all your money", their only real position is trans rights. No one making more than $30K/ year gives a fuck about that. We don't make enough money to retire, but they consider us rich.
I'm all for real trans people, but Dave is just some SJW with a bug up his ass. Inclusionary of everyone except real people.

When we start implementing curfews for an entire half of the population while the other half has the ability to roam free, that's scary dystopian shit I wouldn't be cool with and you shouldn't be cool with, either.
It's no fucking secret here that I'm a feminist. But it's monstrous to say that your reaction to your brothers and boyfriends and sons getting locked in the house when the sun sets would be "lol, now I can finally walk around in public streets, humming a little song to myself at 3 AM when my manic pixie dream girl identity calls for it without fear of rape."

Why the fuck hasn't he tried busking before, if he's still got an instrument? He could be out there making honest money by playing music, but instead he chooses to beg for money and intrude on women's spaces in homeless shelters while claiming he's a "civil rights activist."

And yeah, you're going to whine about how you're being held to patriarchal standards of grooming, and how natal women can have facial hair, too. But here's the fact you keep trying to avoid: when you're an "outsider" trying to join an "in-group," of any sort, you don't get cut any slack. You have to work harder at meeting whatever the group's standards are, and you don't get to slack off, even when the "insiders" do. It's true of natal women in male-dominated careers (and vice-versa). It's true of racial and ethnic minorities who aspire to success and social acceptance traditionally only extended to the dominant group. It's true of blue-collar kids who get into Ivy League schools, or state school graduates who land jobs in firms dominated by Ivy Leaguers.
And goddamned straight it's true of natal men who decide they want to be women (and vice-versa). You want to be accepted as a woman? You're going to have to put in the effort involved to convince natal women that you're serious about it, and not just a perverted dude in a dress screaming "discrimination" as social blackmail in order to gain access to women's spaces. Personal grooming and attention to appearance is a huge part of the experience of being female, and you're failing really fucking hard on that front, while whining about how you shouldn't have to be any good at it, and how unfair it is that natal women can get away with not shaving, or having their hair perfect, or looking "feminine" at all.
So you can't get on HRT because of a heart condition? Well, you can still deal with your obvious facial hair. That's one of the very first major things other trans women undertake in order to transition, because they want to eventually pass as female and not get a bunch of shit from random strangers. You don't seem to give a damn about that (or buying a decent wig), and I find that very peculiar. If you're honestly trying to live as your true, female self, then how do you even tolerate a face full of beard stubble every day? If you were truly dysphoric, you'd want that shit gone. And yet, you've made absolutely no effort to fund or undergo one of the most basic procedures trans women use in the process of transitioning. And it's one you could undergo--if your heart condition's stable without treatment, it wouldn't preclude you from having it.
So yeah, Dave. Busk for electrolysis money, get at least your beard zapped, and I might start to entertain the idea that you're not just an opportunist and a parasite leeching off others under the pretext that you're an "oppressed trans woman," and screeching on Twitter that you're a member of a "protected class" in order to continue your fraud unchallenged. Until then, I'm just going to keep on assuming that you're keeping the beard because one day, when it's useful to you to do so, you'll "detransition" back to male.
Oh, and if men were all subjected to a 9:00 PM curfew? I'd raise an ungodly racket about that, because it treats all men as potential rapists and criminals. But I disagree that he thinks women are magical and can do no wrong. I think he's got a miles-deep resentment against women, probably because one, he's an utter failure as a man and erroneously envies natal women for "having it easy"; and two, he's short, fat, and unattractive, and given how shitty his personality is, women have no doubt rejected him with extreme prejudice ever since he could first get a boner.

Anybody know if he ever mentioned his "heart condition" before trooning out? A normal person would have spent years saving up and shopping around for a fix for a heart condition. If it's real, he's spent years managing it in the most piss poor ways possible. He also missed the boat on the ACA.

I don't, but he's fat and sedentary enough that you would think that would be a concern even before.
He claims he has insurance, but I can't imagine where he got it: he's probably qualified for Medicaid in NY, but says they won't cover heart surgery: from the little bit I know about the system here, they cover just about everything except Viagra. Also he keeps bitching about how much he spends on diabetes meds, which are definitely covered.
Tl,Dr he probably doesn't have health insurance from NY. Or he's lying about his health problems and doesn't really want to transition.
