Dave has had his tard bux denied. Of course, he blames his father because he got the letter. Dave has been out of his parent's house since late November.
Fucking asshole!!! The Social Security Disability office sent their decision (denied) for disability benefits to my parents' house, with a deadline of 60 days to appeal from 5 days after they sent the letter. They sent it on March 1, 2023, and 65 days would be the second week of May, 2023.
I JUST NOW got this letter. My dad didn't even forward it to my lawyer's office until last week!!
Now I have to start the process ALL OVER FROM SCRATCH instead of just appealing!!! What an asshole! He's had this since MARCH!!!! I HATE MY DAD SO MUCH. Dr Joe Muscato is the definition of willful incompetence and passive aggressive narcissistic abuse. He even opened it, which is a federal offense, so I know he knew what it said and how time-sensitive it was. What a bastard. This is going to cost me 6 months of income if I'm lucky!! Mother fucker. I should sue him for this.
My dad even dropped off some of my personal property at my attorney's office on April 12, he could have brought my mail with him at the same time, and he didn't. He waited until after the deadline. What an ass.

Dave couldn't just update his address with the Social Security office after he moved out? You can do most of that stuff online now. Plus, if he has lawyers working on the extortion suit, he should've also had lawyers for the SSD process, and if he had, the Social Security Administration would have sent both a copy to his on-file address and a copy to his lawyers working on the case. Most disability lawyers work on contingency. The fact that his extortion-suit lawyer never suggested this to him makes me really think the guy is a legitimate shyster.
And six months is basically a drop in the bucket in terms of how long the disability application process takes these days.

No, report him to the feds! Finally, Dr. Joe Muscato will be held responsible for his crimes when he spends five years in federal prison for opening mail addressed to his son that lived with him. Maybe more once the feds finally start digging into just exactly what Dr. Joe Muscato has been doing in Missouri the entire time with the assistance of the local and state police.

FFS, the USPS will forward it for free and you can set it up online. They'll even let the sender know you've changed addresses. I guess that's just too hard when you would rather try to lead a tranny hate mob against his own father for abuse addressing him in a slightly raised voice.

The only people I've seen fuck up mail forwarding are young adults in their early 20s who have moved away from home for the first time and don't know any better so they don't even think of it. Dave has no excuse, he's just a retard.

I bet this isn't even the case anymore because USPS has actually made it even easier to do with your phone than it was on their old website form that took two minutes since you had to attach proof of ID. The processing fee is even down to $1 now, it was like a whole $5 ten years ago. Considering how much shit he posts the only explanation is that Dave didn't do specifically, maybe even so he could have this "problem" or that's what I'd think if he was the narcissist he's been describing but that's criminal kingpin Dr. Joe Muscato.

Note the (one) comment to Dave's Facebook post, which points out that he knew his application for disability had been denied, as he posted about the denial on Twitter and Facebook in early March. See thread post.

What's been remarkable (but not surprising) to me is how Dave's pretense of activism has evaporated. No talk of BLM (aside from claiming TN police pulled him over due to his BLM hoodie) nor women's issues (e.g., Roe v Wade). No mention of friends even (whom I'm assuming used his arrest as an opportunity to get him out of their homes or realized he's not a reliable source for whatever it was he was manufacturing/trafficking during those long drives between TX, KY). Not even atheism.

Side note: Dave's RESIST podcasts are (unsurprisingly) awful, but they do 'fill in' some of his background. I may post brief summaries of some of the more telling ones (plus, you get to hear Dave and Zinnia Jones compete at talking over one another!)

The fact he calls his government tard subsidy 'income' makes my blood boil.

But it is income, In all the ways that matter. Income is not the same as "earned income" and implies nothing* about source.

*certain income, such as child support, is not considered "income" for tax, etc., purposes.

He's the one who engaged in willful incompetence, fucking himself over, purely so he could have something to blame on his parents. That's if he isn't also lying about the appeal deadline lapse. You really can't take anything he says at face value. I don't know why I'm even surprised.

The guy is a giant sped. It isn't a hard and fast deadline. If you can show good cause you missed it, odds are reasonably good they'll take it up on its merits rather than starting the whole process over again. That can include anything from mail snafus to having been too sick to do it because of the very disability you're claiming in the first place.

The fact is this fuckup had no reason to miss the deadline and just blew it. Even so if he put even half the effort into showing good cause as he does to lie about his dad, they'd probably have taken it.

The guy is just a giant lying shithead.
