David Nkrumah Liebe Unger Hart is a children's public access TV host who hosts the Junior Christian Science Lesson Program and has for a number of years.

Well, surely that doesn't make him a cow. What does is the fact that the man is absolutely batshit in the most lovable way. He is:

A songwriter! He sing about such varied topics as Aliens, Women, and...trains.

A standup comic! Better than A-Log, no?

A puppeteer! As mentioned previously, David is the producer/host/whatever of the JCSBLS- a rather odd show with puppets and various celebrity guests.

As you may know, the comedy duo Tim and Eric often feature Mr. Hart, thus making a local celebrity just the tiniest bit more famous.

So does this guy make the puppets himself? Or are they props the network gives him to work with?

Isn't this the dude from Tim and Eric?
He's done the whole bit for years before the two. He's not acting.

Judging from their quality and the fact that he used to keep them in his apartment, I'd say the former.

So what makes him a lolcow?

I found the videos a little cringeworthy and not really funny but last time I checked, that didn't matter lolcow wise.

He knows that his stuff is pretty bizarre(and intentionally so to a certain degree).
If you read his wikipedia article you can see that he actually had quite a few roles on proper tv-series in the past.

Yeah, he know's he's weird. It works for him and he's kind of made a career out of being weird.

Also, lolcows usually have a history of chimping out, he doesn't. He's a nice, good natured dude.

A few of my comedian friends are actually huge fans and went to see him when he was in Atlanta a few days ago.

He's funny, but I don't quite see him as the lolcow type, as others have mentioned.

'Sides, he's sorta semi-famous. So wouldn't this count towards the 'No Celebrities' rule?

Even with the niche fame, accomplishments, and the endearing personality, he's a cow. This is a man in love with an alien insect queen and has beef with the Christian Scientists. Seems pretty cowish to me. He even has a Tumblr.

You can be talented, productive, and likable and still be a lolcow.

Here's a somewhat rare example of somebody reacting to him pre-Tim and Eric exposure.
