I like the storytelling in this one. I didn’t even notice the crocs sticking out of the bush until he mentioned how he ducked in the bush like Charlie
Literally dolphin diving into the bush to escape being caught on camera while his uncle yells at a gay black guy. For something we'll never actually see happen on video, the DBDR universe has no shortage of actual kino moments.

I'm surprised no one has found the actual video.

The gay guy recorded his uncle would have definitely posted the video.

It 100% has to be floating around on Tiktok or IG. That's definitely something a guy like that would upload because flamboyant homos are unbelievable catty people.

I also hope there's bodycam footage of the Florida deputy talking to the uncle.

I love how we're all desperate to witness Uncle Fraser ourselves like he's some sort of mythical being from countless legends

something thats overlooked when it comes to how insane his mom's side of the family is, is the fact they're New Yorkers. his mom and uncle are a pretty common archetype of boomer you'll find in NY: take the usual entitlement and cluelessness of many boomers, and add an extra layer of arrogance, stubbornness, and loudness, and you get them. being originally from NY myself, although not the city, i've known quite a few boomers who fall under that category. they're like real life caricatures. and while different from the boomers, NYC zoomers are obnoxious in their own way. i think being raised in that environment, with that family, definitely didnt help someone like DBDR in the slightest.

I was feeling anxious listening to the start of the Florida arc. What a modern fucking nightmare.
My first thought was “oh fuck this is going to be bad.” And somehow the cringe still managed to exceed expectations.

I get why DBDR left Iowa though. His old job demoted him to warehouse work and that was wearing him down, plus he was struggling to find a second job to make up for the pay cut. That $80k a year trucking job would’ve sounded like a godsend and worth putting up with a crazy uncle for. But DBDR always underestimates how crazy the crazies actually are.

It was about as fucked up as I thought it'd be. Take these drugs you're not meant to take. Oh, you were right all along? It's your fault.
what the fuck

As a one-time warehouse worker myself, that shit is just fucking maddening. Truck drivers who think you should work by their schedule, an AC cooled office know nothing wondering what's taking you so long to unload a fucking truck packed with pallets in the summer, and constantly having to move shit to make way for other shit because your company rented out the back of a building another company owned that still has a right to store their own stuff there. And it's never normal people you work with either. Goddamn grasshopper eating spics.

His dad reminds me of Ray from Trailer Park Boys. Hopefully he gets that trucking job.
