-No more psychotropics.
-Chastity.
-Isolation, to the point of madness; less and it's not worth it.
-Plain and nourishing food only.
-Violent exercise, as commonly as possible.
-Proper sleep and meditation; revitalizes body and soul.
-Diligent and arduous effort towards my goals.
