He writes bad series, clusterfucks of stories and characterizations that aren't very well done by any aspect, but he attempts to compensate for their weaknesses by adding in excessive yuri faggotry and DARKNESS. The normal anon can see this guy as the hack that he is, and may enjoy, hate or be indifferent to this, but all the while recognizing that the writer himself, regardless of their opinion, is plain bad.

Most of his stuff isn't for me. I liked his Godzilla trilogy well enough, if only because it had some cool sci-fi concepts. But none of his other stuff has jived with me. I liked Gargantia, but he wasn't the driving writer behind that and admitted his name was only bandied about for marketing there.
