I'm pretty sure that was supposed to be Pinky Pie, the artist developed carpel-tunnel just before making the comic(s). Also, why the fuck would you used ponies in a 9/11 tribute?

So setting the origin of species on fire is what burned down the twin towers causing the pony to feel guilt and renounce his Christian ways and to do that he thinks about raping another Christian pony? That's the plot of the comic or at least what I made out of it.

Perhaps or that if we burned the Origin of Species, 9/11 wouldn't happen and the horse still wants to get the other horse, specifically while she prays since it might be something that entices him. Also the second image makes me think of a cult leader for some reason.

Apparently the person has been trolled by misc "trolls", "EDiots", and 4chan anons, if I'm interpreting that one pic right. I wonder if this person thinks constructive criticism is trolling also?

Perhaps. Also you left out pewdiepie in the first sentence since the guy has a username that combines an internet let's player and a pastel colored horse.
