That's actually Gojiro7 coloring a picture by a different artist called Bastianmage, who is obsessed with female cartoon characters transforming into inanimate objects. Gojiro7 is more likely to draw them turning into blobs of dicks while smoking a crack pipe.

Senshi Stock is an account that makes a lot of stock photos to be used for pose references. They're pretty inoffensive as far as I know, and their references can indeed be fairly useful depending on who is modelling for them. Over the past few years they've started employing some... uh.... interesting models for their photos.

At first I thought that amputee dwarf person was just an exceptionally unattractive woman forcing herself into a bra that is ENTIRELY too small, but more recent pics like these make me think she's a FtM tranny due to the unshaven legs and tighty-whiteys. This is reinforced by all of her pictures being organized in the "male" folder in their gallery.

Ah yeah, seconding the Senshistock thing. A lot of her stock is genuinely still helpful for art, but these models give it all an uncomfortable political spin. In August senshistock did a thing they called AdiPOSE which was essentially just posting the tranners as well as another morbidly obese model they've had on the whole month. I know it is deviantart so there's certainly a market for tranny amputees just wearing underwear, but goddamn dudes, I just wanna draw..

I actually don't mind them using their fat model because it's actually useful to have pose references for different body types, but a fat one-armed dwarf tranny is an INCREDIBLY specific body type to make poses for and I don't see why they'd make them other than for woke points.

According to some of the comments, yes. She's since apparently gotten top surgery though no new pics.
That was actually the first picture I ever saw of her on their profile and it baffled me that any woman could strap their tits into something like that and think "hmm yes this looks fine"
 
Ah yes, of course, the gorilla with the penis bulge is a delicate princess. How could I possibly have been confused.
