Look man all I'm saying is that his charge could have been both a misdemeanor and a felony, he did something RETARDED to catch that shit

If we are to believe Muttley that he somehow doesn't know the statute he was charged under but that it included "causing injury" without a "GBI" (great bodily injury enhancement, the only statute under the California Penal Code that I can find with this verbiage and enhancement is:

CHAPTER 9. Assault and Battery​

243. ​

245. ​

(a) (1) Any person who commits an assault upon the person of another with a deadly weapon or instrument other than a firearm shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for two, three, or four years, or in a county jail for not exceeding one year, or by a fine not exceeding ten thousand dollars ($10,000), or by both the fine and imprisonment.

Note that paragraph (4) includes the bodily injury enhacement.
(4) Any person who commits an assault upon the person of another by any means of force likely to produce great bodily injury shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for two, three, or four years, or in a county jail for not exceeding one year, or by a fine not exceeding ten thousand dollars ($10,000), or by both the fine and imprisonment.

Through a highly productive conversation with Dynastia, it has been explained to me that Muttley choosing prison is in fact the based course of action. Muttley is in essence taking our tax dollars, and is also receiving a state sponsored twink bf. Muttley is therefore based and redpilled, and I consneed.
