It's a mix. The government did a psyop in the 70s with the rise of thug culture (starting with blaxploitation) and accelerated it with rap music and crack cocaine. This heightened the violence in black neighborhoods although they were always fucking with black people like when they used them as a tool to eliminate states' rights and all they got out of it was Malcolm X and MLK Jr. killed by the feds. Blacks are meant to be the perfect consoomer (they consoom sneakers, Kools/Newports, brands rappers name drop like Hennessey, and go into debt to buy Cadillacs) and these days also a footsoldier of communism (see BLM rioters).

Genetics is mostly because the black IQ is about 15 points lower than the white IQ. Stupid people do stupid shit that leads to crime. There's plenty of 100+ IQ blacks out there, but disproportionately blacks have lower IQs. Even liberals won't deny this, they just question IQ tests or claim it's environmental racism putting lead into black people homes (which to a degree is true--blacks are more likely to be exposed to lead than whites).

Assume, hypothetically, that in a controlled environment blacks and whites have identical IQs and levels of testosterone. I'm talking about a biodome situation where you put eight hundred whites and two hundred blacks all with IQs of around 100 and normal levels of testosterone. Due to in-group preference, its not wild to assume that, over time, the average IQs of the two groups would split off from one another and drift in different directions. Due to the fact that they outnumber the blacks 4:1, the whites will inevitably accrue more resources over time within the biodome. Due to in-group dating preference, these resources will not be redistributed equally. Keep in mind that IQ is tied not only to genetic factors, but also factors like childhood education and factors in early life like stress. After one hundred years or so, you might expect the black group to have a lower IQ and higher crime rate than the white community. It has nothing to do with genetics and everything to do with generational resource allocation.

Now, assume that the average black person is genetically predisposed to have more testosterone than the average white person on top of being slightly less intelligent, even in a controlled environment. Any small difference will be magnified over the course of generations as resources are allocated unequally.

Sorry, but you’re retarded if you think that a genetic factor in black people being niggers, means that EVERY SINGLE ONE is eeking and ooking and muhdicking 24-7.

Genetics and IQ is a spectrum. Even if the average is a lot lower with nogs, that doesn’t mean that there won’t always be a few at the higher end of the spectrum who are able to hold a job, be productive members of society and become doctors or lawyers.

There’s clearly a genetic factor at play, since no matter where you look, nations with black people are underperforming and less successful than non black nations.

If you take a look at nations that are racially mixed: Like Brazil or the US, sure enough: You will find the black population underperforming and invariably being at the bottom of all economic/sociopolitical scales.

Even though genetics are a clear factor, that doesn’t change the fact that American nogs are also cursed with a uniquely destructive culture that saps it of any productive or constructive instincts.

You talk about underperforming and then mention Africans being disgusted, you know there are African nations doing fine. We also tend to only see the worst in America because that’s what the culture encourages and pushes. They want to ensure nigger is seen as the standard to make it impossible for poor fatherless children to be able to help themselves escape the cycle later in life. It also keeps other people from attempting to get to know any black communities because from the outside it looks like it’s just niggers all the way down.
