So there are these groups that CNN are other media outlets are promoting where basically white people gather 1 day a week talk about how they've sinned against POCs, pay a tithe and then like talk about their guilt incessantly for hours on end and there's also a lecture involved.

I mean it sounds and behaves like a religion, most even gather on Sunday. But all the people running them have had ties to Scientology.

Scientology promoted itself originally as a neutral unbiased organization that was intended to bring people together through the power of logic, science, and reason. And it's looking like they've wormed their way into this under different names.

I mean we know Scientology was a big fraud, but now they seem to be riding this faux civil rights movement.

This is also seemingly a precursor to a state/political party run religion, because as stated before it's already acting exactly like one.

I tend to lean right now, thanks Kiwis, but I always think it’s funny when someone on the left assumes I give a shit about Southern culture or Lee statues. I’m not a southerner, was never a southerner, and have no southern ancestors. I literally don’t give a fuck about the confederacy and unironically think we should’ve hung most of the treasonous planter class, especially if they were an elected official at the time of secession.

Well that's mostly because they're afraid of Texas. But they fail to understand that Texas is it's own thing .
