It's a big thing for troons to claim that questioning whether they're actually women is actually questioning whether they even exist at all. They can't cope with this. It's really tough for them. My personal view is it's pretty obvious we view them as men with delusions that they're women. This is obvious bullshit. But they also exist.

But maybe they don't. Maybe they literally don't even exist, they're just some epiphenomenological secretion of sensory perception and we're freaking out about nothing because troons literally don't even exist!

Shitposts aside: when they cry about denying the "existence" of trans people, it's under the presumption that a trans woman, for example, really is a woman in a male body. The notion that 100% of "trans people" are delusional is denying the existence trans people by their definition.
They believe that a trans person isn't someone who wants to be the opposite sex, but someone whose gender identity never truly matched their assigned gender which they think is erroneously presumed from an individual's sex.

In the sense do troons actually physically exist? Troons being people who cut their dicks off and play really poor dress up? Yes. Troons exist.

But in the sense of do people who's internal gender identity not match their external presenting gender? I think it's hard to say that that doesn't exist at all, but it certainly doesn't exist to the extant that a lot of people believe it does. I'd say a good 95% or more of people who troon out are just mentally defective and attention starved. It's possible that there really are some people who are genuinely transgender.

Which is a nonsensical concept if you think about it for more than five seconds. If all you've ever known is life as a biological male, then how can you claim to even know what it means to be a woman? It's especially strange when you remember that it's leftists who tend to place emphasis on "lived experience" when it comes to other topics ("you can't claim white privilege doesn't exist because you've never lived as a black person!").

Gender identity isn't a tangible thing or property. There's no way to consistently and accurately measure the gender identity of a person because gender is dependent on the time and culture that the person your measuring exists in. It is a set of stereotypes for each sex and in it's most debauched use case it's a personality type. It literally is a social construct as some of the troons claim, which makes me chuckle a bit when they make it their whole personality and get mad at you if you don't play into their delusions ("gender identity as you think it is isn't the same in my culture, so how can you force me to go by your rules, you bigot!").

If there were a culture where the behaviors of transwomen were the expected behavior for men, they would be gender conforming and thus "cis" to the eyes of the people of that culture. Thus, troons do exist in western culture, but outside of that, they most likely don't. I suppose a better way to put it is that each culture has their own unique definition for a troon. However, the troons that literally think of themselves to be a member of the opposite sex do not fit within the framework of reality and while they do physical exist, their mental images of themselves fundamentally conflict with reality. And when everyone has to pick a delusion over reality, the reality will eventually win.

Finally, they can cancel kiwifarms for actually debating if trans people exist.

Sadly they allow troons to get operations without a mental evaluation first, and the cases of troons who then regret doing their hormone therapies and/or operations are quite a big chunk. And then they are screwed for life.

I've read a number of essays and or articles ostensibly written by doctors who used to do sex change operations in Baltimore and Trinidad and according to them there was no benefit to these surgical interventions. They stopped doing them. The fact that doctors who did thousands of these surgeries, after mental evaluation, to then come back and say it does no good probably means that it was far worse than not productive.
Removing it from the new DSM was a political move, which if we observe what the CDC has been like this past year is not surprising. They said that virtually everyone they operated on had autogynephilia, which is hot until the knives come out. More recently they said that patients typically suffered severe anxiety about assuming their expected rolls as adults in modern society. Less sexy, and then the knives come out. Dr. Dutton says that the phenomenon is related to narcissism and borderline personality disorder.
I think that it comes from dishonesty and insufficient tech. I feel like I'm watching a bunch of LARPers killing themselves because no one really believes that they're Martian colonists and that's all they've got.
