Do you believe there are multiple universes? do they have humans like us?
i have been thinking about multiple realities and universes that exists parallelly with us but i don't know if it's true or not

bro like cool

The whole thing is retarded. I'll just mention one thing. Some people are referring to a "multiverse" meaning the existence of a large number of (finite-sized) different parts of the same (infinite) space-time that are cut off from each other because they can't be reached from each other by a path that always travels at or below the speed of light.

Others are referring to the alternative realities in Everett's interpretation of a quantum measurement, where the world splits in two so that both outcomes of a measurement occur and both parts of the wavefunction, written as a sum, have an interpretation in reality. Whenever someone asks Michio Kaku about the first one, in the context of it being used as a bodge to excuse string theory being shit, he starts blabbing about the second one, so we know he doesn't understand it, doesn't care he doesn't understand it, and is happy to bullshit to other people about things he doesn't understand.

If you point this out, his herd of nigger-cattle pop up to claim "You're an elitist who doesn't like people explaining things to the public". If someone asks a question, and some supposed authority replies with gibberish with no relation to the truth, that is not an explanation, and objecting to it shows respect for the public's desire to understand, the opposite of what is claimed. It is Kaku who doesn't like people explaining things to the public, because he fills them full of bullshit that makes it harder, in fact essentially impossible, to understand what is actually going on.

I believe there's an infinitely divergent wave function that encompasses every possibility, but as soon as you make a choice or a cat eats a spider or a leaf blows slightly or a single particle moves one picometer, the wave function collapses into reality itself. So no, I don't think so.

Sure, why not. And when you dream you are mostly picking up signals from those other realities, which is why I occasionally dream of binge-watching entire seasons of a show that doesn't exist, yet it has a coherent plot and even clever twists.

Or maybe that's just my dreams in particular. Ever since I started writing, my dreams radically changed and now my dreams much more often feel like they're pulling in information from some external source. And I'm very rarely even in them.

Sure, but they're probably as boring as an exact copy of our reality where a random rock is slightly shifted off by a meter. Best answer in my opinion is that if infinite realities do exist, they're pointless to even think about as we cannot tangibly do anything with the knowledge of their existence.

The coolest alternative realities are ones we make up, that's why I personally am ready for when the merge happens.

The book Flatland does a good job of illustrating what it might be like if there are other dimensions we can't perceive at this time and how strange it might be if we encountered phenomena or entities that are able to exist in these dimensions.

However, multiverse shit makes zero sense to even care about because you could never perceive or interact with other universes, unlike the possibility of discovering other dimensions, and I view it as a plot device for lazy writers.

if there are other universes they are almost certainly nothing like our own
i'd expect most of them to be failures that either instantly collapse on themselves or they give rise to physical laws that result in no systems
a bath of mostly formless universes, that seems reasonable to me

but if you think there's like a bizarro muttley somewhere
you're mistaken i am bizarro muttley

If there are multiple universes or not it matters little, since we wouldn't be able to do shit about them. It's nice to dream about, but it can really fuck you up if you think about all those what if's, just move on and try to make the best of what you can.
I do believe in infinite multiverses. Like there is one universe where right now OP get's it in the ass. With a horse cock.
Calm down, Vaush.

Multiverse theory is fake and gay. It's a blatant asspull to get out of the inescapable conclusion that physical existence has a non-physical origin, such as God or the Dao. Both theories are equally unscientific, but one is at least philosophically coherent.
And to keep bringing dead characters back to life, and erasing consequences in storytelling.
